 When people change themselves from the inside, the reality outside of people also changes. Because if people never change from the inside, the reality outside of man never changes. He whose mind is beautiful is also beautiful from outside.

 

 We often try to change our appearance, our reality. But we do not try to change ourselves from within. Although we try to change from outside for this, we often fail. Man must first change from within, then he must change from without. His external reality will change.

 

 Let me give a little example like if the flower does not change from inside then the flower never changes from outside. When a flower changes from the inside, its brightness is revealed on the outside as well. And if he does not change his mind from the inside, if he does not change his mind, his mind will never change from the outside. For this, first you have to make your mind good, then your world will become better.

 

 When people are as happy from within, it is manifested on the outside. And if there is sadness or anger from inside, it also manifests on the outside. We often go the wrong way and do many dishonest things. But we can't change ourselves from the outside even if we try. I can't be good even if I try to be good. In fact, we can't be good because we don't try to be good from the inside out. If we try from the heart to be good or if we try to be good from the inside, then of course it is possible to be good no matter how hard it is. And hard work is possible only when he puts in extra effort and wants to do it from the heart. If you can't say it once, look at it a hundred times. But if you can't do that once, you must have the courage to do it again and again, and you must do it from the heart, but success is possible.

 

 In the end, I would say that if a person does not change from the inside, then the reality on the outside never changes. As soon as a person changes from within, his external reality changes accordingly.
