Biryani is one of the traditional dishes of Bangladesh, it is the favourite food of all Bengalis i.e. Bangladeshis. Many types of Biryani are available in Bangladesh. Its popularity in South Asia is among the highest in the world. Bangladesh is also very popular. Different types of biryani are popular in Bangladesh. Notable among these are beef biryani, chicken biryani, khasir meat biryani etc.
বিরিয়ানি বাংলাদেশের একটি ঐতিহ্যবাহী খাবার গুলোর মধ্যে একটি, এটা সকল বাঙ্গালীদের অর্থাৎ বাংলাদেশিদের পছন্দের খাবার। অনেক ধরনের বিরানি বাংলাদেশে পাওয়া যায়। দক্ষিণ এশিয়ায় এর জনপ্রিয়তা সব থেকে বেশি পৃথিবীর মধ্যে। বাংলাদেশেও জনপ্রিয়তা অনেক বেশি। বাংলাদেশের বিভিন্ন ধরনের বিরিয়ানি জনপ্রিয়। এর মধ্যে উল্লেখযোগ্য হলো গরুর মাংসের বিরিয়ানি, মুরগির মাংসের বিরিয়ানি, খাসির মাংসের বিরানি ইত্যাদি।
However, the popularity of these Birani is more or less in different places. And there are differences in taste in different restaurants. Every restaurant in Bangladesh has a different place for Birani food, people have more choice. In other words, Birani is the most ordered restaurant. It can be any kind of restaurant, small, medium quality or high quality restaurant. Birani food also affects ordinary hotels. তবে এসব বিরানি গুলোর মধ্যে স্থানভেদে জনপ্রিয়তা কম বেশি হয়ে থাকে। এবং বিভিন্ন রেস্টুরেন্টে স্বাদের পার্থক্য দেখা যায়। বাংলাদেশের প্রতিটা রেস্টুরেন্টে বিরানি খাবারটি একটি আলাদা স্থান জুড়ে থাকে, মানুষের পছন্দের থাকে বেশি। অর্থাৎ রেস্টুরেন্টে সবথেকে বেশি অর্ডার দেওয়া হয় বিরানি। সেটা যেকোন ধরনের রেস্টুরেন্টে হতে পারে, ছোট, মাঝারি মানের বা উন্নত মানের রেস্টুরেন্ট। বিরানি খাবারটা সাধারণ হোটেলগুলোতেও প্রভাব বিস্তার করে থাকে। বাংলাদেশের বিরানির hotel বা restaurant বলতে সর্বাধিক পরিচিত নান্না হাজী বিরিয়ানী হাউজ বা রেস্তোরাঁ। এবং স্থানভেদে সবথেকে সুস্বাদু এবং জনপ্রিয় বিরিয়ানি পাওয়া যায় পুরান ঢাকায়।
A few days ago I went to eat birani at a restaurant with my friends. As dinner we had Birani as our favourite, especially beef Birani. This is what we chose to eat. Because my favourite was beef birani.
কিছুদিন আগে আমি আমার বন্ধুদের সাথে একটি রেস্টুরেন্টে বিরানি খেতে গিয়েছিলাম। রাতের ডিনার হিসেবে আমাদের কাছে বিরানি সব থেকে বেশি পছন্দের ছিল, বিশেষ করে গরুর মাংসের বিরানি। আমরা এটাই বেছে নিয়েছিলাম খাওয়ার জন্য। কারন আমার সব থেকে বেশি ফেভারিট ছিল গরুর মাংসের বিরানি।
