Messages from advisers to the interim government

Chief Adviser to the Interim Government Professor Muhammad Yunus is holding a meeting with the senior secretaries and secretaries of 25 ministries and departments under his control.   

This meeting was held on Monday from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Chief Advisor's residence, Yamuna. Before that, Army Chief General Waqar-uz-Zaman entered Yamuna at 10:30 AM.  He met with the Chief Adviser and left at 11:30. A person present said that the Chief Adviser gave various directions in the meeting with the secretaries. The Secretary of the Ministry of Road Transport and Bridges ABM Amin Ullah Noori said about the meeting that there is a transparent and accountable environment, the youth of the country  Issues that society has brought up—especially creating a clean and fair work environment.  And the Chief Adviser has instructed that the work should be done carefully.

After the fall of the Sheikh Hasina government in the mass movement of students, the journey of the interim government under the leadership of Nobel laureate Muhammad Yunus began last Thursday.  On that day, Chief Adviser Muhammad Yunus and 13 other advisers were sworn in by the President.  Two more advisers were sworn in later on Sunday.

 A heroic freedom fighter Farooq-e-Azam Virpratik who took part in Operation Jackpot of this 17-member interim government is in the US.  He is scheduled to take oath after returning home.
