It is a fact that most of the problems we face in life are self caused. When we are having a difficult time in life, we are quick to put the blame on someone else rather than taking time to look into ourselves. We blame our challenges on so many things that comes to mind such as lack of time. Lack of time is a common excuse we give when we fail or get struck with a problem.
There are so many activities that you use your time to do that will hinder you from being productive which will later affect you by posing problems to your life. You'd not look back to see what you didn't do in the right way but you will quickly assume it's the witches in your family that are on your matter. When you complain of lack of time, but your stay up all night playing video games, watching movies, or watching comedy videos on Instagram. These times you use to doing these things may have been chanelled into doing something productive and meaningful. I have been in these situations so many times, even recently but I try my best to always stay focus.
Usually, I post late in the night on my blog when I return from work and I'm very bad at writing and doing other things like watching movies, for instance. So, there are times I'd be longing to watch a movie, then I'd say to myself that I will write my post after the movie. The next time I'm opening my eyes is late in the night - I dozed off. I may not be in the mood to write anymore at that time and I may have to miss the post for the day. Isn't this a self caused problem?
MOST OF YOUR PROBLEMS ARE CAUSED BY YOU

Someone who spends $300 and above in the club every Friday is complaining of being broke. Let's face it, when we spend recklessly on things we do not need or unimportant things being broke is just around the corner. You can't work all week or all month and pack all your money to a club, lounge or whatever to "catch cruise" and complain of lack of funds. In such cases, if you reach out to your friends for support, if you are truly broke, no one will be willing to help. You were spending lavishly when you had money, so it's your cross to carry. Isn't this a self made problem?
To make the matter worse, you may begin to compound your problems when you speak badly about your friends to other people because they didn't help you. Instead of you to focus your energy on how to be a good person, you want to justify your actions by putting the blames on other people. Your friends worked for their money the same way you worked for yours but the reason why they still have money is the difference between you and them. They spend wisely!
There is this colleague in the office that is always complaining about her weight and how much she wants to stay fit. She shares her experience at the gym during the weekend with us every Monday. She tell us how many hours she spent at the gym, the number of this and that she did, how her sportswear was soaked with sweat and so on. She also laments how she's not seeing any improvement with all her efforts. Meanwhile, she eat junks every day at work. She's a lover of doughnut with lots of specially requested jam. How is it possible to achieve your fitness goal when you are the cause of your problems?
In essence, all I'm trying to say is that take some time to ask yourself what you are not doing right instead of being quick to pass the blame on other people or circumstances. Then, you find solutions to the things you feel you are not doing right.
