She is a wonderful world. ‘Metavers’ like ‘Universe’.

But how is that world? Where? A third world beyond heaven-earth-hell?
No, it has no physical presence, it has a 'virtual' presence. There the user has his own identity, in cryptocurrency there is money, there is property, there his identity will be created anew. Facebook entered that circle.
What is this metaverse? There will be a '3D Virtual' version for each user. That virtual form will represent the real man in the virtual world. That is where the identity of the real user will be created through that 3D form. There will be more other people like him. Relationships will be formed with them in that world, there will be talk, there will be chat.
Not only this, with the help of this virtual world you can play games, play big songs, do anything. In 1992, Neil Stephenson first used the word "metavers" in his novel "Snow Crash". That term has now emerged as the future of technology.
According to Facebook, in order to play games for so long, one has to take part in it by watching the virtual world on the computer screen. But ‘metaverse’ is an environment where the user can enter into that environment.
Not only will you be able to enter, but also an imaginary world or parallel world will be created in its identity. For that 3D look, the user has to do all the necessary things in the life of the common man, starting from buying clothes.
When will that parallel world be created? Facebook says that their efforts alone will not create 'metavers'. It requires the participation of more different individuals or groups. Metavers will be created to build the world gradually. It will take about 10-15 years to get it in shape. During that time the crowd will gradually increase in ‘Metavers’. Business will start there.
A separate economy will be created there. Facebook hopes that 'Metavers' will change the economic landscape of the IT sector. Facebook has already invested billions of dollars there. He also said that 10,000 people will be employed here in the coming days.
Young society in a changing world
source
The day was first observed in 1992 at the initiative of the World Federation for Mental Health (WFMH). The World Health Organization (WHO) later recognized this day as World Mental Health Day every year. The day is celebrated with the aim of raising awareness about mental health education, raising awareness about mental health and eradicating misconceptions, superstitions and various stigmas prevailing in the society about mental illness.
However, activities in this regard continue throughout the year. With the day in mind, one or more important mental health issues are identified as the theme each year. Throughout the year special work is done on the theme set for each year along with other activities related to mental health.
Although ‘Young People’ means ‘young people’ or ‘young society’; But the World Health Organization defines ‘Young People’ by an age limit. According to the WHO definition, Adolescent age is 10-19 years, Youth is 15-24 years and Young people is 10-24 years. So ‘young people’ refers to both adolescence and youth.
A fundamental character of the earth is dynamism, variability. That is the religion of life. He is the only one who can survive in this ever-changing world, who has the ability to adapt and adapt. The world changes according to its own rules. Socio-economic status, technology, communication, interpersonal relationships, the basis of relationships - everything changes. And this change affects the life and mind of every human being.

However, the young population is most affected by these changes. The winds of change cause profound changes and problems in their thinking, in their thinking, in their mental health.
I am writing about 'young society in a changing world and their mental health'. For good reason, there are good and bad sides to all changes. There is nothing to be afraid of change. Change must be embraced with the conviction of creating an improved mindset with an open mind.
There are countless positive aspects to the changing world that can enrich our mental health. Similarly the negative aspects of change will negatively affect our mental health.
In the current situation, our young society has to deal with many problems at home and abroad, at work, in educational institutions such as domestic violence, sexual harassment, especially in the case of girls, including cyber crime.
In addition, most young people spend most of their day on the Internet in one way or another. Again a part of it is drug addicted. Moreover, youth is a time in life when most of the symptoms of mental illness appear. The surrounding conditions and the changing world act as precipitating factor in this case, i.e.
accelerates the manifestation of the disease. Another problem that appears in young people at this age is a very obvious form which we call adolescent crisis in the language of psychiatry. During adolescence, most young people suffer from instability and instability in their interactions with their identity, life goals, society and surroundings. An emotional turmoil between them often plays out. If this instability and emotion cannot be controlled with a strong hand and skill, the future life is thrown into the dustbin of failure and despair.
But many of our young people have very little idea about this and their education and skills on how to deal with these problems are very inadequate. As a result, this ignorance misleads many young people and makes them mentally disturbed. Therefore, proper knowledge and guidance is required in this regard.
Whether the change is positive or negative, our goal is to keep mental health intact by accepting or rejecting them, respectively. In the language of psychiatry we say ‘Set the limit’. You, me, especially our young society need to learn where to stop.
To make life productive, to keep mental health intact, we need to set the limit for our response to every change - of course from a positive perspective. However, the learning aspect is very important in this case. No matter what happens in this changing world, let us think positively, deal with all the changes with a constructive mindset, and live a healthy and beautiful mental health.
Given all the instability, war, stress, etc. in today's changing world, the goal of this year's World Mental Health Day is to create a solid, robust mental healthcare platform for our young people, so that our future generations can improve their mental health and well-being in this changing world. One can learn about the problem, be aware of oneself and be aware of others.
All kinds of orthodoxy can rise above pettiness, get rid of stigma with a free mind, express their problems in the right place, receive services and enjoy better mental health. Remember, a healthy mind is a prerequisite for perceiving this world beautifully and enjoying it with joy
