Kuakata Sea Beach

Hey guys, Today i want to tell something about my hometown and it is Kuakata. I think all are known about this area specially the tourists. It is situated at the eastern part of Bangladesh. Kuakata sea beach is very popular to the tourists for sunrise and sunset. Kuakata is under Kalapara upazile in Patuakhali district. There are many attractive and mind blowing architecture. Many visitors comes here to visit this area. Bangladesh have two sea beach. First one is Cox's bazar which is the longest sea beach in the world and second one is Kuakata. The length of Kuakata sea beach is 18 KM. There are many hotels and restaurants here for tourists hospitality. There are a large part of coconut tree. Fishers go to Bay of Bengal for fishing many kinds of marine fish specially hilsa fish. People who lives nearby the sea beach, they collect many kinds of fish and make dry fish. They sell it around the country. Sometimes it goes outside the country. Tourists can hire a hotel in cheap price and food also. I am really happy and proudly say that i live in Kuakata. People who lives in Kuakata, they are very friendly and helpful. Government trying to modernise the sea beach so that more local and foreign visitors comes here easily and enjoy the sea beach. Local political leaders are also trying. Tourist police are also here in 24 hours for helping tourists. 

How you can go Kuakata?

From Kalapara, you can go Kuakata in bus for 40BDT and you can go with bike, auto, rickshaw as you like. The distance between Kalapara to Kuakata is only 40KM. 

 

At last i want to tell every visitors and countryman to visit Kuakata at least one time in his life. This is really amazing and enjoyable place specially the sandy beach.
