At present I am cultivating fish even though the profit is less. I sell fish to the storekeepers of Trishal. Storekeepers send pangas to different districts including Dhaka, Rangpur, Bogra and Sylhet.

 

আবুল কালাম বলেন, “আমি বিএফআরআই থেকে সাত দিনের প্রশিক্ষণ নিয়ে ছোট পরিসরে পাঙ্গাস চাষ শুরু করি। আমি মাছ চাষে আগ্রহী তা দেখে সবাই উপকৃত হচ্ছে। বর্তমানে লাভ কম হলেও মাছ চাষ করছি। আমি ত্রিশালের দোকানদারদের কাছে মাছ বিক্রি করি। স্টোরকিপাররা পাঙ্গা পাঠায় ঢাকা, রংপুর, বগুড়া ও সিলেট সহ বিভিন্ন জেলায়।

On this occasion, the shopkeepers bought the rest of the fish and sent it to different districts. It will get speed to make money.

He then started cultivating pangas. Starting fish farming with Rs 7 to 8 lakh, he has earned Rs 94,000 by selling pangas in six months. Then I didn't have to look back. With training from BFRI, an organization called Universe Fishery went on to cultivate pangas.

If the spread of corona decreases and the country becomes normal, there is a desire to spread pangasius extensively. Unemployed youths can start fish farming with little capital if they do not want to run after jobs.

 

তিনি বলেন, ‘আমি পাঙ্গাস বিক্রি করে বছরে 30-40 লাখ টাকা উপার্জন করেছি। আমি বর্তমানে লাভের টাকা বিনিয়োগ করে 18 টি পুকুরে পাঙ্গাস চাষ করছি। তবে রাজ্যাভিষেকের সময় মুনাফা তেমন একটা হয় না। 40 জন স্থানীয় যুবকের কর্মসংস্থান হয়েছে। যদি করোনার বিস্তার হ্রাস পায় এবং দেশ স্বাভাবিক হয়, তবে পাঙ্গাস চাষ ব্যাপকভাবে ছড়িয়ে দেওয়ার ইচ্ছা রয়েছে। বেকার যুবকরা অল্প পুঁজিতে মাছ চাষ শুরু করতে পারে যদি তারা চাকরির পিছনে দৌড়াতে না চায়।
