If the girl tells the boy at this time, I will test you. The boy must agree to the test. Then the girl will tell the boy that he will not agree. And the thing is, I coughed here. I see you eat my phlegm. So it is understood that the greed or addiction towards the front is beauty and love for men and women. There are likes and dislikes in the love of men and women. Like I'm not beautiful, there's nothing to be sad about. Beauty is not eternal. Rather, it will be lost one day. The skin will shrink and become old. Which cannot be changed. It is better not to pay attention to it. If you pay attention, trouble arises. The trouble is removed by awakening the feeling of waiting without mind. Or if you engage in Vidarshan thinking and remember, it is removed.

 

May all the creatures of the world be happy.

সুখ দুঃখ ভাই ভাই 

     

 

দুঃখকে কিসের ভয়

দুঃখ ছাড়া কি মানুষ হয়।

দুঃখই মানুষকে সুখসন্ধানী 

করে তোলে

সুখ দুঃখ ভাই ভাই,

কেউ ছাড়া কেউ নাই।

দুঃখকে চিরসাথী করেই

চলতে হবে মৃত্যু অবধি 

কারণে অকারণে

দুঃখ প্রকাশ নয়, 

দুঃখকে করতে হয় জয়

দুঃখ ছাড়া এমন মানুষ মানুষ নয়।

 

প্রজাপতির মতো উড়ো

দুঃখ যাও ভুলে, 

হাসো প্রাণ খুলে 

আপন আপন কূলে 

নিষ্পাপ শিশু যেমন হাসে, 

মাকে ভালোবাসে, 

তেমন করে হাসো

যতোদিন এই পৃথিবীতে বাঁচো 

দুঃখ যাও ভুলে চলো হেলেদুলে 

প্রতিটি প্রাণীর আছে দুঃখ 

সারা বছর মৌমাছির দল

কষ্ট করে মধু আহরণ করে। 

সময় মতো মৌচাক কেটে

মধু মানুষ আনে ঘরে

কতো দুঃখ মৌমাছির দল সব হারিয়ে করে

ভেবে চিন্তে দেখো মানুষ ওরে।

 

 

❝রিলেশনের আগের যে সময়টাতে প্রিয় মানুষটাকে চেনা উচিৎ, সে সময়টাতেই প্রিয়জনকে আমরা নিজেদের পিছনে ঘোরাতে পছন্দ করি!

তাহলে আর মানুষ চিনবো কিভাবে!?

মানুষ চিনতে পারিনা বলেই শত ভালোবাসার পরও বিচ্ছেদ ঘটে।

 

পক্ষান্তরে উক্ত সময়টাতে প্রিয় মানুষের সাথে মিশুন, তারপর চিনতে শুরু করুন সে কেমন।

ভালো হলে গ্রহণ করুন আর খারাপ হলে শোধরানোর চেষ্টা 

 

★★★হীনমন্যতা আমাদের দুঃখ বা কষ্ট দেয়★★★

 

আমরা অনেকেই এই ভেবে কষ্ট পাই যে আমি কালো, আমি বেটে, আমার নাক চ্যাপ্টা, চোখ দুটি ভিতরে ঢুকানো, আমি বেশি মোটা, আমি লেখাপড়া করতে পারিনি, আমার ভালো উচ্চতর ডিগ্রি নেই, আমার ভালো পদ মর্যাদা নেই, আমি গরিব আমার বংশ মর্যাদা ভাল নয়, আমি নিম্নতর পেশায় নিযুক্ত ইত্যাদি। একথা ধ্রুব সত্য যে সবকিছু নশ্বর। কিছুই স্থায়ী নয়। সবকিছু দিনদিন নষ্ট হচ্ছে। সবার পরিণতি এক অভিন্ন তা হচ্ছে বাধ্যক্য ও মৃত্যু। অল্পবয়স্ক ছেলে মেয়েরা বেশি কষ্ট পায় এ ভেবে যে আমি লম্বা, হালকা-পাতলা ও সুন্দর বা সুন্দরী নয়। Beauty is nothing but skin deep. অর্থাৎ চামড়া যতটুকু ততটুকুই সুন্দর। তার ভেতরে গেলে অশুচি, নোংরা পদার্থ আমাদের শরীরে অবস্থান করছে। সেগুলো শরীর হতে বের হলে নিজেকে অপবিত্র মনে হয়। যেমন একজন ছেলে যদি কোন মেয়েকে বলে যে আমি তোমাকে ভালোবাসি। এ সময় মেয়েটি ঐ ছেলেটিকে যদি বলে আমি তোমাকে পরীক্ষা করব। ছেলেটি নিশ্চয়ই পরীক্ষা দিতে রাজি হবে। তখন মেয়েটি ছেলেটিকে এরূপ বলবে সে নিশ্চয়ই রাজি হবে না। আর সে কথাটি হচ্ছে এখানে কফ ফেললাম। দেখি তুমি আমার কফ খাও।অতএব বুঝা যাচ্ছে সামনের প্রতি যে লোভ বা আসক্তি তাই হচ্ছে নারী- পুরুষের কাছে সৌন্দর্য এবং ভালোবাসা। নারী-পুরুষের ভালোবাসায় পছন্দ-অপছন্দ আছে। এর প্রধান কারণ দেহের প্রতি আসক্তি। অনেকেই ভালোবাসার সঠিক সংজ্ঞা নির্ধারণ করতে পারেনি। তারা যে ভালোবাসা দেখাতে চায় তা হচ্ছে নারীর প্রতি পুরুষের এবং পুরুষের প্রতি নারীর আসক্তি এবং একে অপরকে ভোগ করার উন্মাদনা। এখানে স্বার্থ আছে। অতএব এ সত্যিকারের ভালোবাসা নয়। দেহের প্রতি লোভ বা আসক্তি। সত্তিকারের ভালোবাসায় পছন্দ-অপছন্দ নেই। সত্যি কারের ভালোবাসা হচ্ছে সকল প্রাণীর জীবনকে নিজের জীবনের মত করে দেখা। সকল প্রাণীর প্রাণকে শ্রদ্ধা করা। সকল প্রাণীর প্রতি মৈত্রী, করুণা, প্রদর্শন করা। সর্বোপরি সকল প্রাণীর প্রাণকে সমান দৃষ্টিতে রাখা। মন সব বিষয় হতে মুক্ত থাকলে কষ্ট দূর হয়। যেমন আমি যে সুন্দরী হইনি, তাতে দুঃখ করার কিছুই নেই। সৌন্দর্য চিরস্থায়ী নয়। বরং একসময় তা হারিয়ে যাবে। চামড়া খুচকিয়ে বৃদ্ধ-বৃদ্ধাতে পরিণত হবে। যেগুলো পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না। তাতে মনঃসংযোগ বা মন না দেয়াই ভাল। মন দিলে কষ্ট উৎপন্ন হয়। মন না দিয়ে অপেক্ষা ভাব জাগালে কষ্ট দূর হয়। অথবা বিদর্শন ভাবনায় নিয়োজিত হয়ে স্মৃতি করলে তা দূরীভূত হয়।

 

জগতের সকল প্রাণী সুখী হোক।

সকল প্রাণী দুঃখ হইতে মুক্তি লাভ করুক।

সবার হৃদয়ে বুদ্ধের কেন উৎপন্ন হউক।
