"যশোর" স্বাধীনতার প্রথম জেলা ও ডিজিটাল জেলা।

ব্রিটিশ শাসন আমলের প্রথম জেলা যশোর এবং প্রথম স্বাধীন জেলা যশোর । যশোর জেলা নিয়ে লিখতে গেলে অনেক সময় পার হয়ে যাবে । তো আজকে আমি আপনাদের সাথে যশোর কালেক্টরেট ভবনের পরিচয় করিয়ে দিব।

Jessore was the first district during the British rule and Jessore was the first independent district.  It will take a long time to write about Jessore district.  So today I will introduce you to the Jessore Collectorate building.

যশোর কালেক্টরেট ভবন সম্পর্কে জানতে গেলে আপনাকে সর্বোত্তম যশোর জেলা সম্পর্কে অল্প একটু জানতেই হবে।যশোর জেলা হিসেবে ঘোষণা করা হয় 1781 সালে। এর অধীনে ছিল ফরিদপুর,পাবনা, নদীয়া,24 পরগনা জেলার বেশিরভাগ এলাকা ।ইস্ট ইন্ডিয়া কোম্পানির শাসন আমলে তারা রাজস্ব সংগ্রহ এবং শাসন বজায় রাখার জন্য প্রশাসনিক সংস্কার এর দিকে জোরদার করে ।তো সেই হিসেবে 1786 সালের 4 এপ্রিল যশোর কালেক্টরেট ভবন প্রস্তাব দেন।এবং মিস্টার টেল ম্যানকে যশোর জেলার প্রথম কালেক্টরেট হিসেবে নিযুক্ত করা হয় ।তখন মোড়ল এর একটি পুরাতন কুঠিবাড়িতে প্রাথমিক কার্যক্রম শুরু হয় এবং 1793 সালে কসবা জেলা ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট কার্যক্রম সরিয়ে আনা হয়। তারপর 1801 সালে যশোর জেলায় প্রথম কালেক্টরেট ভবন গড়ে তোলা হয়।1885 সালে বর্তমান ভবনটির একতলা নির্মাণ করা হয় এবং এই ভবনের দরজা ছিল 360 টি।

If you want to know about Jessore Collectorate building, you need to know a little bit about the best Jessore district. Jessore district was declared in 1781.  Under it were Faridpur, Pabna, Nadia, most of the 24 Parganas district. During the rule of the East India Company, they pushed for administrative reforms to collect revenue and maintain the rule.  Tail Man was appointed as the first Collectorate of Jessore District.  Then in 1801 the first collectorate building was constructed in Jessore district. In 1885 the first floor of the present building was constructed and the doors of this building were 360.

 

ব্রিটিশ আমলে নির্মিত এই ভবন শুধু যশোর নয় সমগ্র খুলনা বিভাগের মধ্যে একটি ঐতিহ্যবাহী এবং খুবই দৃষ্টিনন্দন একটি ভবন। বাংলাদেশ থেকে বিভিন্ন জেলার মানুষ এবং দেশ বিদেশ থেকেও মানুষ এখানে বেড়াতে আসে ।এই ভবনটি দড়াটানার মোড় হতে পশ্চিম দিকে তাকালে দেখা যায়। তাকালেই দেখা যায় সুবিশাল ভবনটি মাথা উঁচু করে দাঁড়িয়ে আছে।

 

Built during the British rule, this building is a traditional and very attractive building not only in Jessore but in the entire Khulna division.  People from different districts from Bangladesh and people from home and abroad also come here to visit.  It can be seen that the huge building is standing with its head high.

 

এই ভবনের সাথে একটি পার্ক ও গড়ে তোলা হয়েছে ।কালেক্টরেট পার্কের পাশে আছে ফ্লাওয়ার পার্ক ।এখানে রয়েছে বিভিন্ন ফুল এবং একটি পুকুর রয়েছে। বিভিন্ন প্রজাতির ফুল ইট বিছানো পথএবং এখানকার আগত দর্শনার্থীদের জন্য রয়েছে ফ্রি ওয়াইফাই সুবিধা

A park has also been built along with this building. There is a flower park next to the collectorate park. There are various flowers and a pond.  Different species of full brick laying paths and free WiFi facilities for visitors.

 

কালেক্টরেট ভবনের সাথে একটি সুবিশাল পুকুর আছে ।যেটি ব্রিটিশ আমলে এখানে খনন করা হয়েছিল ।আসলে এই কুকুরটি এতই বিশাল এবং এর আয়তন মাঝামাঝি।  কিন্তু এই পুকুরে মানুষের ডুবে যাওয়ার ঘটনা আছে । কিছুদিন আগেও এখানে একটা ছেলে ডুবে মারা যায় ।শোনা যায় এই পুকুরের তলদেশে ব্রিটিশ আমলে বিভিন্ন কাজের জন্য পাইপ ব্যবহার করা হতো এবং পুকুরের তলদেশে বিভিন্ন বড় বড় ঘাস এবং লতাপাতা ছিল ।যার কারণে এর ভিতরে কেউ গেলে সে উপরের দিকে উঠতে পারেনা এবং মারা যায়।

There is a huge pond next to the Collectorate building which was dug here during the British period. In fact this dog is so huge and its size is in the middle.  But there are cases of people drowning in this pond.  A few days ago, a boy drowned here. It is heard that pipes were used for various purposes at the bottom of the pond during the British period and there were various large grasses and herbs at the bottom of the pond.

 

বর্তমানে কালেক্টর ভবনে ভূমি রাজস্ব সংগ্রহ, ঋণখেলাপিদের সম্পদ সংগ্রহ, বিক্রয়ক্রত সম্পত্তির বিবরণী প্রস্তুত, রাজ্য বিভাজন, শুল্ক আদায় বিক্রয় এবং বিভিন্ন উৎসবের আয়োজন করা হয়। তাছাড়া এখানে বিটিভির একটি অত্যন্ত জনপ্রিয় অনুষ্ঠান ইত্যাদি তাদের কার্যক্রম এখানে একবার পরিচালনা করেছিল এবং সেটা বিটিভির সম্প্রচার করা হয়েছিল।At present, collection of land revenue, collection of assets of defaulters, preparation of details of properties sold, division of states, sale of duty collection and various festivals are organized in the Collector Building.  Moreover, a very popular program of BTV etc. conducted their activities here once and it was broadcast on BTV
