আজ আমি আপনাদের সাথে যে বিষয়টি নিয়ে আলোচনা করব সেটা খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় প্রতিটা মানুষের চলার ক্ষেত্রে সততা ন্যায়-নিষ্ঠর সাথে চলার চেষ্টা করতে হয়
ধন সম্পদ আজ আছে কাল নেই আজ আমি মারা গেলে মানুষের বলবে সে কি রেখে চলে গেছে থাকবে আমার চরিত্র ও আমার সততা ন্যায়-নিষ্ঠা এটাই থেকে যাবে আসলে মানুষ বেঁচে থাকার জন্য শুধু তার টাকার প্রয়োজন নাই সাথে সাথে তার মান সম্মানের ও প্রয়োজন আছে টাকা থাকলে সবাই সম্মান পায় না সম্মান পেতে হলে অনেক কিছু অর্জন করা লাগে
ন্যায়-নিষ্ঠা ও সততার সাথে চলতে গেলে অনেক বাধাবিঘ্ন অতিক্রম করে চলা লাগে এ পৃথিবীতে নাই ও সততার মূল্য কেউ দিতে চায় না এজন্য সততার সাথে বেঁচে থাকতে হলে তার দৈনন্দিন তিনি নিজের সাথে বা সমাজের সাথে যুদ্ধ করে চলা লাগে
বর্তমান সমাজে যোগ্যব্যক্তি যোগ্য স্থানে নাই শুধুমাত্র ন্যায় ও সততার পার্থক্য আমরা বোঝার চেষ্টা করে না বিধায়
আমরা যদি সততা ব্যক্তির সম্মান করতাম তার মর্যাদা করতাম ঠিকই তার যোগ্য স্থানে বসাতাম যোগ্য স্থানে যোগ্য ব্যক্তির নাই বিধায় বর্তমান সমাজে মানুষ অনেক নির্যাতিত লাঞ্চিত হয় অযোগ্য ব্যক্তিদের কাছ থেকে যে মানুষগুলো নিষ্ঠার সাথে কাজ করে সে মানুষগুলো কখনো মানুষের উপর জুলুম করে না মানুষের সাথে অবিচার করে না তার দ্বারা কোন অন্যায়ের আশঙ্কা থাকে না সব সময় জন্য অন্যায় থেকে নিজেকে বিরত রাখে নিষ্ঠার সাথে কাজ করার চেষ্টা করে
কথায় বলে অন্যায় যে করে আর অন্যায় যে সহে সমান অপরাধী আমরা যার যার জায়গা থেকে এগুলো প্রতিবাদ করার চেষ্টা করব এই সমাজটাকে বদলানোর জন্য অন্য কোন গ্রহ থেকে মানুষ আছে আমাদের এই সমাজটাকে বদলাতে যাবে না আমাদের নিজেদেরকে বদলানোর জন্য এগিয়ে আসা লাগবে আমরা সবাই আমাদের নিজ নিজ জায়গা থেকে এগুলো প্রতিবাদ করার চেষ্টা করব তাহলে হয়তো আমাদের ভবিষ্যৎ প্রজন্ম সুন্দর একটা সমাজ বা পরিবেশ পাবে যে সমাজে অন্যায় বা অসৎ কাজ করতে গেলে মানুষের মনে ভয় লাগবে
