We each have a personality of our own. And some people give up this personality in order to achieve their success. Some people never give up their personality and without it they achieve success.
Swami Vivekananda, you are all aware of the name of this man. One day some people from outside were coming to see him. And those people exchanged greetings according to the customs prevalent in their society. But then Swami Vivekananda, in spite of knowing the customs of their society, exchanged pleasantries with them according to the customs of his own society.
Seeing this, most of the people there thought that he might not know much about foreign culture and did not understand English well. Then when the people of that foreign culture spoke in Swami Vivekananda's culture, Swami Vivekananda spoke to them in a foreign language. Everyone was shocked and went to safety.
In fact, each of us should promote our own culture. However, if your culture and someone from outside culture thinks this is your weak point then it is your misconception. Because when you go to work, your own culture will help you to do those things more easily. But when you go to follow another in another's culture, you will come across many obstacles.
The person who cannot dominate his own culture has never been able to dominate the culture of others and will not be able to do so. Because he is only using the cultures of others or others to save his work.
