প্রিয় বন্ধুরা, আশা করি সবাই ভালো আছেন। ঈশ্বরের কৃপায়, আপনাদের প্রার্থনায় আমি খুব ভালো আছি এবং সুস্থ আছি। প্রতিদিনের মতো আজও আমি আপনাদের সাথে একটি নতুন বিষয় নিয়ে কথা বলতে এসেছি। আজ আমার আলোচনার বিষয় হলো: দুধের খেলা, সকালে বাজারে গিয়েছিলাম, বিকেলে নদীর তীরে হাঁটতে গিয়েছিলাম, রাতে মশলাদার মুড়ি খেয়েছিলাম।

Although like every day, today I woke up a little late and after waking up, I finished my work and washed my hands and face and freshened up. I eat some food quickly in the morning. The list of food includes pitha and various types of food that I like very much and after finishing those foods, I rest for a while. Then I finish my breakfast again, that is, I eat rice. Today, my breakfast was cooked with small fish from the river.
