At first, Avishekh Sharma and Kane Williamson were named in the batting for Sunrise. And bowling in the name of Mohammad Sami for Gujarat. Sammy Kane bowled Williamson in the 2.5th over. As a result, Sunrise scored 26 runs after the first wicket. Later, in the 4.5th over, Gujarat captain Hardik Pandey dropped Sunrise's second wicket through lbw out. Sunrise scored 53 runs in the first 6 overs. Later, Abhishek Sharma and Markram shared a 96-run partnership. Abhishek Sharma was caught out in the 15.1 overs. He scored 75 off 42 balls for the team. Which was a very important run for the team. Markram later became wide on the Gujarat bowlers. As a result, he scored 56 off 40 balls. In the 16.5th over, Dayal's superb delivery knocked out Markram. Which reduced the pressure a little in Gujarat. In the last over, Shashank led the team to 195 runs with his great batting. He scored 25 off 6 balls. As a result, Sunrise gave Gujarat a target of 198 runs in 20 overs. Gujarat played well in the first innings but lost 5 wickets in the middle of Sunrise Umran's superb bowling. For Sunrise, Umran took 5 wickets in 4 overs and gave 25 runs. He took 5 wickets for the least number of runs in this match. Although Sunrise was on the verge of winning, Gujarat's Tewatia and Rashed Khan won the match by batting brilliantly. As a result, Rashed Khan scored 31 off 11 balls and Tewatia scored 40 off 31 balls as Gujarat lost to Sunrise by 5 wickets.
Honestly this match was awesome. Such a game is not always seen.
