Being active

Eat a balanced diet
Many times our anxiety increases after eating. In that case check your daily diet. Because, low or high blood sugar levels or eating processed foods can change your mood. So try to keep yourself hydrated. Also avoid processed foods and try to eat a balanced diet rich in complex carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables and lean proteins.
 
Avoid caffeine
If you have chronic anxiety, caffeine is not your friend. Caffeine can cause nervousness, leading to anxiety. Caffeine blocks the brain chemical adenosine. Do not smoke
Smokers often smoke cigarettes when they are worried. In this situation, smoking a cigarette may seem soothing to you, but it increases anxiety over time.
