ডোনাল্ড ট্রাম্প মার্কিন প্রেসিডেন্ট হিসেবে দায়িত্ব নিয়েছেন ২০ জানুয়ারি। আমাদের মনে আছে গত নভেম্বরের যখন ট্রাম্প নির্বাচনে যেতেন সেদিন থেকে আওয়ামী লীগ শিবিরে এক বিরাট আনন্দের দিন আনন্দের বন্যা বয়ে গিয়েছিল। তারা ভেবেছিল ট্রাম্প ক্ষমতায় এসে মোদিকে সাথে নিয়ে ডক্টর সরকারকে প্রথম ঘটিয়ে ছাড়বে হাতে নিয়ে ডক্টর ইউনুস সরকারকে পতন ঘটিয়ে ছাড়বে। নভেম্বরের পর সময় চলে গেল এখন চলে আসলো ২০ শে জানুয়ারি ট্রাম ক্ষমতা গ্রহণ করল। ২০ জানুয়ারি থেকে বেশ কিছু দিন গেল যদিও বেশি দিন নয় ট্রাম্পের আরো বেশ কিছু দিকে মনোযোগ আছে। আওয়ামীলীগ হয়তো মনে করছে বা আশা করছেন তাদের কর্মীদেরকে বুঝানোর চেষ্টা করছেন এবার বাংলাদেশ সরকারের খবর করে দেবে৷
