তবে তারেক রহমানের এত গুলো মামলা থেকে জামিন পেতে লম্বা একটা সময়ের দরকার। মামলা গুলোর জন্য তিনি চাইলে আপিল করতে পারেন কিন্তু প্রসেসিং টাইম টা অনেক বেশি লম্বা হবে আমার দেশের সিস্টেম অনুযায়ী । আমরা এখন যা দেখছি জনাব তারেক রহমানের আইনজীবীরা মিলে সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে যে সরকারের এক্সিকিউটিভ আরডারের কোন মামলা দিয়ে কিছু করছেনা তারা বিচারিক প্রক্রিয়া দিয়ে পুরোটা আসতে চাল ফলে এইটা অনেক সময়ের দরকার বলে মনে করছি। সো তারেক রহমান দেশে নেই বেগম খালেদা জিয়া ও দেশ থেকে চলে যাবেন এই পরিস্থিতিতে কোন রকম কোন ঝুকি কি আছে যে বিএনপির নেতৃত্ত বিপদে পরবে বা সমস্যায় পরবে৷ তারা ভয় করছে বিরাজ নীতি করনের মত সমস্যায় পডতে পারেন। ১-১১ মত কি কিছু একটা হতে পারেন কিনা এই কথা শুধু আমরা বলছিনা বি এন পির সবচাইতে সিনিয়র লেভেলের নেতারা এই কথা প্রকাশ্যেই বলেছেন। এইটা নিয়ে বিএনপি কোন লুকো ছাপা করেনি ফলে ২-২ এ চার মিলানোর মত এই পরিস্থিতি এত অসুস্থ তিনি কিন্তু ভয়ে বিদেশ যাচ্ছেন্না। তাই খুব লজিক ভাবে আমাদের সামনে এইটা এসে হাজির হয়েছে।
