Today's dinner is barbecue

প্রিয় বন্ধু আশা করি ভাল আছেন৷ আমিও আলহামদুলিল্লাহ ভাল আছি। আজকে আমার সন্ধ্যার নাস্তা ছিল বিবিকিউ। আপনারা জানেন সাধারণত আমাদের দেশে ব্রয়লার মুরগী নিয়ে এই বিবিকিউ করা হয়। এগুলো খেতে অনেক মজা। এই বিবিকিউ গুলো করা হয় প্রথমে একটা মুরগীকে না কেটে ভিতরের নাডিভুডি সব ফেলে দিতে হয় এবং ভাল ভাবে ধুয়ে নিতে হয়। ভালভাবে ধোয়া হয়ে গেলে পরিমাণমত মসলা রেডি করতে হয় এবং মসলা গুলোর সাথে মুরগী মিশ্রিত করে প্রায় ৩০-৪৫ মিনিট এইভাবে রেখে দিতে হয় আতে মসলা গুলো ভাল ভাবে কাজ করতে পারে। আমরা বান্দরবান এর সেই তাজিংডং রেস্টুরেন্টে গিয়েছিলাম নাস্তা করতে সেখানে আমাদের পরিবারের আমি সহ ৪ জন ছিলাম। আমরা একটা মুরগীকে আমাদের ৪ জনের জন্য ৪ পিস করে দিতে বলি। তাজিংডং রেস্টুরেন্টের যে ওয়েটার ছিল সে আমাদের কথা মত একটা আস্ত মুরগীকে ৪ পিস করে নিয়ে আসে। তারপর আমরা যথাযথ ভাবে ওয়েটার কে পরটা দিতে বলি ৪ পিস ওয়েটার ও আমাদের কথা মত গরম গরম পরটা নিয়ে আসে। আমাদের বিবিকিউ খেতে প্রায় ১০-১৫ মিনিটের মত লাগে। আমরা বিবিকিউ খেয়ে শেষ করে ওয়েটার কে আমাদের জন্য ৪ টা চা নিয়ে আসতে বলি এবং আমরা চা গুলো খেয়ে হোটেলে চলে আসি। ছবিগুলো যখন তোলা হচ্ছিল তখন ও বিবিকিউ প্রস্তুত হয়নি মানে খাওয়ার জন্য প্রস্তুত করা হচ্ছিল আর কি। আমাদের একটু অপেক্ষা করতে হয় খাবার প্রস্তুত হওয়ার জন্য। 

Dear friend, I hope you are well Alhamdulillah I am fine too.  My dinner today was BBQ. As you know, usually in our country this BBQ is done with broiler chicken. They are so much fun to eat. These bbqs are done by first cutting a chicken, removing all the guts and washing it well. After washing it well, the spices should be prepared in quantity and the chicken should be mixed with the spices and kept for about 30-45 minutes so that the spices can work well. We went to that Tajingdong restaurant in Bandarban to have breakfast, there were 4 of our family including me.  We ask a chicken to make 4 pieces for 4 of us. The waiter at Tajingdong restaurant brought us a whole chicken in 4 pieces. Then we properly ask the waiter to give the parta. 4 piece waiter brings hot parta as per our word. It takes about 10-15 minutes to cook our BBQ. We finished the BBQ and asked the waiter to bring us 4 teas and we went back to our hotel after having the teas.And the BBQ was not ready when the pictures were being taken so what else was being prepared to eat. We have to wait a bit for the food to be ready.
