In the morning, the sun is soft and moist, and the sun is very beneficial for the body. Scientists have told us that the sun is high in vitamin C and children need a lot of vitamin C, so we will take our children to play in the sun for two to three hours in the morning, and the temperature of the sun is high. If it is more, I will stay for 30 minutes to an hour, it will fill those who lack vitamin .
