আমাদের বাজারের নতুন দোকান

Assalamualaikum I hope everyone is much better. I am also much better Alhamdulillah.

 

Today I will show you that he is building a new shop in our market and his shop is booming today. And not to mention the subject of this shop.

 

We have a lot of shops in Jagaikhali market but not Otota again. And a new market has been created just next to our market. And now as the shops grow, almost everyone sees a good position in that market. And the shop he rented today is right at the door of the market. The name of the person who took the shop is Md. Majnu Hawladar. He sells almost everything he needs, from tea to everything he needs in his daily life.

 

 Today, at his Dekan, everyone is first invited to his new shop and Milad and Doa are organized. After Milad and Doa, everyone is given a sweet face.

 

And he was renting another shop in our market a few days ago, he has closed that business and now he is sitting in this new market with a new business. Most of the goods in his shop are brought from Dhaka, and he brings them from Dhaka at a lower price. If he sells at a lower price than other places in our market, both the seller and the buyer can benefit a lot. And will be able to bring his business and success.

 

And there is a police outpost next to our market where about 20 policemen live permanently and we have to buy everything from the shops of our market for their food. And since his shop is new, he is more likely to sell well if his goods are good. In fact, the main job of an ideal shopkeeper is to do business honestly, and if he trades honestly, he can improve, and if he lies and deceives people, he cannot improve. And that is the essence of business. Doing business honestly.

 

আস্সালামুআলাইকুম আাশা করি সবাই অনেক অনেক ভালো আছেন। আমিও আলহামদুলিল্লাহ অনেক ভালো আছি।

 

আজকে আপনাদের মাঝে তুলে ধরবো আমাদের বাজারের নতুন একটা দোকান তৈরি করছে এবং তার দোকান উদবাবন আজকে করছে। আর এই দোকান এর বিষয় নিয়ে কিছু কথা না বল্লেই নয়।

 

আমাদের জগাইখালি বাজারে অনেক দোকান আছে কিন্তু আবার ওতোটা ও না। আর আমাদের বাজারের একটু পাশেই নতুন একটা মার্কেট তৈরি হয়েছে। আর এখন যত দোকান বাড়া নেয় প্রায় সবাই ঐ মর্কেট এর মধ্যে থেকে ভালো একটা পজিশন দেখে দেখান নেয়। আর আজকে যে দোকান টা ভাড়া নিছে ওটা মার্কেট এর দরজার প্রথম দিকেই। যে ব্যাক্তি দোকান টা নিছে তার নাম হলো মোঃ মজনু হাওলাদার। সে মুলত চা থেকে শুরু করে দৈনন্দিন জীবনে যা কিছু প্রয়োজন হয়, কম বেশ সব মালামাল বিক্রি করে।

 

 আজকে তার দেকান এ সবার প্রথমে সবাইকে তার নতুন দোকানে ডাকা হয় আর মিলাদ ও দোয়া এর আয়োজন করা হয়। মিলাদ ও দোয়া শেষ করার পরে সবাইকে মিষ্টি মুখ করানো হয়।

 

আর সে কিছু দিন আগে আমাদের বাজারে অন্য একটা দোকান ভাড়া নিয়ে ব্যাবসা করছিল, তার ঐ ব্যাবসা বন্ধ হবার পরে এখন ঐ দোকান বলানোর পরে এই নতুন মার্কেটে দোকান নিয়ে নতুন ব্যাবসা নিয়ে বসেছে। তার দোকানের মালামাল প্রায় অনেক কিছু ঢাকা থেকে আনা, আর ঢাকা থেকে কম মুল্যে আনে আমাদের বাজারে অন্য অন্য জায়গার তুলনায় কম মুল্যে বিক্রি করলে অনেক লাভবান হতে পারবে বিক্রেতা ও ক্রেতা দু জনেই। আর তার ব্যবসায় ও সফলতা আনতে পারবে।

 

আর আমাদের বাজারের একে বারে পাশেই পুলিশ ফাঁড়ি যেখানে প্রায় ২০ জন পুলিশ স্থায়ি ভাবে বসবাস করে আর তাদের খাবার এর জন্য আমাদের বাজারের দোকান থেকে সব কিছু ক্রয় করতে হয়। আর তার দোকান যেহেতু নতুন তাহলে অনেক ভালো বিক্রি করার সম্ভাবনা বেশি যদি তার মালামাল ভালো হয়। আসলে একজন আদর্শ দোকান দারের মুল কাজ হলো সততার সাথে ব্যাবসা করা আর, আর সে যদি সততার সাথে ব্যাবসা করে তাহলে সে উন্নতি করতে পারবে আর যদি সে মিথ্যা বলে মানুষ কে ঠকায় তাহলে সে উন্নতি করতে পারবে না। আর এটাই হলো ব্যাবসার মুল। সততার সাথে ব্যাবসা করা।
