 In order to complete a task, you first need to have your own morale or desire. Because the focus will never come on the work that you do not want to do. So before doing any work, you have to fix the morale on him so that no matter how great the leader is, he has to remind me that I have to win. This is morale.

 

 If someone wants to force you to do something, he has no intention of doing it. If it is a little difficult then he does not try well and success is far away.

 

 And if you want to do something yourself. Even if it is very difficult, it is possible to do it because your morale is right. You will try your best to do it no matter how difficult it is. And the person who tries his best never loses. The first thing is to have your own will and morale to do any work.
