We often take short roads in our journey in life, when we go somewhere we try to reach that place in a short time. Never wanting to travel far to reach the place, the shorter the time the better, if there is any arrangement to reach the destination in a shorter time then we prefer that, and accept that arrangement.

We try hard to get to the destination in a short time, and find various means, but sometimes it doesn't work, and sometimes we get it very easily or through someone else and use that short route, which makes it possible to reach the destination in a short time. , and time saved, suffering lessened. No one ever wants to take the long road, everyone tries to take the short road.

Every place has designated roads and alternative roads, if you are going by vehicle you have to take the designated road, but if you are on foot you can take alternative roads, sometimes both roads with vehicles. There is only one road to go to many places.

Currently there is only one road to reach where I work, if I go to my work place by any vehicle I have to go through that designated road. No other road is accessible by any vehicle, but if I walk from the bus stand to my place of work, an alternative road is accessible in a short time.

At first I thought that there is no other road except that one road, but today the Bengali teacher of our Madrasa showed me this alternative road, it is very easy to walk from the Madrasa to the bus stand, and it takes very little time, from today this road every day. I will go to my workplace. I will be able to reach our madrasa from the bus stand in a very short time.

The fun of going through this road is different, the small road through the village crop fields, the green crop fields all around are life-giving, I remember many childhood memories while passing through this road, sometimes I feel like I will fall off the road. , I went to Madrasah today with great joy through this road.

আমরা জীবনে চলার পথে অনেক সময় অল্প রাস্তা পছন্দ করি, আমরা যখন কোন জায়গায় যাই তখন চেষ্টা করি যে অল্প সময়ের মধ্যে যেন সেই জায়গায় পৌঁছাতে পারি। কখনও দূর দিয়ে ঘুরে সেই জায়গায় যেতে চাই না, যত অল্প সময়ে যাওয়া যায় ততই ভাল, অল্প সময়ে নির্ধারিত জায়গায় যাওয়ার জন্য যদি কোন ব্যবস্থা থাকে তাহলে আমরা সেটাকেই পছন্দ করি, এবং সেই ব্যবস্থাকে গ্রহণ করি।

অল্প সময়ে নির্ধারিত জায়গায় যাওয়ার জন্য আমরা অনেক চেষ্টা করি, এবং বিভিন্ন মাধ্যম খুঁজে থাকি, কিন্তু অনেক সময় সেটা হয় না, আবার অনেক সময় খুব সহজে অথবা অন্য কারো মাধ্যমে সেটা পেয়ে যাই এবং সেই অল্প রাস্তা ব্যবহার করি, এতে অল্প সময়ে নির্ধারিত জায়গায় যাওয়া যায়, এবং সময় বেঁচে যায়, কষ্ট কম হয়। কেউ কখনও ইচ্ছা করে লম্বা রাস্তায় যেতে চায় না, সবাই অল্প রাস্তা দিয়ে যাওয়ার চেষ্টা করে।

প্রত্যেক জায়গায় যাওয়ার জন্য নির্ধারিত রাস্তা থাকে এবং সেই জায়গায় যাওয়ার জন্য বিকল্প রাস্তা থাকে, আপনি যদি কোন যানবাহনের মাধ্যমে সেই জায়গায় যান তাহলে নির্ধারিত রাস্তা দিয়েই যেতে হবে, কিন্তু যদি পায়ে হেঁটে যান তাহলে বিকল্প রাস্তা দিয়ে যেতে পারবেন, অনেক সময় দুই রাস্তা দিয়েই যানবাহন নিয়ে যাওয়া যায়, আবার অনেক জায়গায় যাওয়ার জন্য একটাই রাস্তা থাকে।

বর্তমানে আমি যেখানে চাকরি করি সেখানে যাওয়ার জন্য একটাই রাস্তা, আমি যদি কোন যানবাহনের মাধ্যমে আমার কর্মস্থলে যাই তাহলে ঐ নির্ধারিত রাস্তা দিয়েই যেতে হয়। কোন যানবাহনের মাধ্যমে গেলে ঐ রাস্তা ব্যতীত আর কোন রাস্তা দিয়ে যাওয়া যায় না, কিন্তু আমি যদি আমার কর্মস্থলে বাসস্ট্যান্ড থেকে পায়ে হেঁটে যাই তাহলে অল্প সময়ের মধ্যে বিকল্প রাস্তা দিয়ে যাওয়া যায়।

প্রথমে আমি মনে করেছিলাম যে, ঐ একটা রাস্তা ব্যতীত আর কোন রাস্তা নাই কিন্তু আজকে আমাদের মাদ্রাসার বাংলা শিক্ষক আমাকে এই বিকল্প রাস্তা দেখিয়ে দিল, এখান দিয়ে পায়ে হেঁটে খুব সহজে মাদ্রাসা থেকে বাসস্ট্যান্ডে আসা যায়, এবং সময় খুব কম লাগে, আজ থেকে প্রতিদিন এই রাস্তা দিয়েই আমার কর্মস্থলে যাব। খুব অল্প সময়ে বাসস্ট্যান্ড থেকে আমাদের মাদ্রাসায় যেতে পারব।

এই রাস্তা দিয়ে যাওয়ার মজাই আলাদা, গ্রামের ফসলের জমির মধ্য দিয়ে ছোট রাস্তা, চারপাশে সবুজ ফসলের মাঠ দেখে প্রাণ ভরে উঠল, এই রাস্তা দিয়ে যাওয়ার সময় ছোটবেলার অনেক স্মৃতি মনে পড়ছিল, এই রাস্তা দিয়ে যাওয়ার সময় কখনও মনে হচ্ছিল যেন আমি রাস্তা থেকে নিচে পড়ে যাব, আজকে খুব আনন্দের সাথে এই রাস্তা দিয়ে মাদ্রাসায় গিয়েছি।
