There are many different types of people living in the world today. No matter what kind of person a person is, his greatest identity is that he is a human being. Every man has conscience, and conscience is the greatest court in the world. A person who acts according to conscience, can never do bad things. A man's conscience will never support him in doing evil.

There are very few conscientious people in the present society, most of the people in the present society have become unconscionable. For this reason injustice is increasing in the society, evil deeds are increasing. A sane person can never do bad things. When a conscientious person goes to do evil, his conscience restrains him, because of the restraint of conscience he cannot do evil.

And we call the person who has no conscience, he can do any work. A few days ago, a disabled man applied for a job, and the job he deserved but he was also cheated, he might have the job but a disabled man should not be cheated like this, a sane person would never do such a thing. no

I saw an incident a few days ago, a man was oppressing his subordinates, those under him could not say anything due to their weakness. That person is not paying his subordinates properly. Various excuses are made when salary is due. He doesn't care how his employees will live?

A few days ago, I saw a teacher taking money from his students every month in the name of private teaching, but after asking his students, I found out that the teacher does not teach even a day, but takes money every month. Those students cannot say anything because they are residents, if they say something they are punished in various ways.

There are many more such incidents, which we all know, the purpose here is not to call incidents but the purpose of all of us to be aware, if we all are aware and can do the right thing with our conscience then this world will be beautiful. Peace will be established on earth, all people will be able to live in peace.

বর্তমানে পৃথিবীতে বিভিন্ন ধরণের মানুষ বসবাস করে। মানুষ যে ধরণের হোক না কেনো তার সব থেকে বড় পরিচয় যে, সে একজন মানুষ। প্রত্যেক মানুষের বিবেক আছে, আর বিবেক হচ্ছে পৃথিবীর সব থেকে বড় আদালত। যে মানুষ বিবেক অনুযায়ী কাজ করে, সে কখনোই খারাপ কাজ করতে পারে না। একজন মানুষের বিবেক কখনও তাকে খারাপ কাজ করতে সমর্থন দিবে না।

বর্তমান সমাজে বিবেকবান মানুষ খুব কম আছে, বর্তমান সমাজের অধিকাংশ মানুষ বিবেকহীন হয়ে গেছে। এই জন্য সমাজে অন্যায় অবিচার বেশি হচ্ছে, মন্দ কাজ বেশি হচ্ছে। বিবেকবান মানুষ কখনও খারাপ কাজ করতে পারে না। একজন বিবেকবান মানুষ যখন খারাপ কাজ করতে যায় তখন তার বিবেক তাকে বাঁধা দেয়, বিবেকের বাঁধার কারণে সে মন্দ কাজ করতে পারে না।

আর যে মানুষের বিবেক নাই তাকে আমরা বিবেকহীন বলে থাকে, সে যে কোন কাজ করতে পারে। কয়েকদিন আগের ঘটনা, একজন প্রতিবন্ধী মানুষ একটা চাকরির জন্য দরখাস্ত করেছে, এবং চাকরিটা সে প্রাপ্য কিন্তু তার সাথেও প্রতারণা করা হয়েছে, তার চাকরিটা হয়ত হবে কিন্তু একজন প্রতিবন্ধী মানুষের সাথে এই রকম প্রতারণা করি উচিত হয় নাই, একজন বিবেকবান মানুষ কখনও এই রকম কাজ করতে পারে না।

আবার কিছুদিন আগে একটা ঘটনা দেখলাম, একজন মানুষ তার অধীনস্থদের উপর অত্যাচার করছে, তার অধীনস্থ যারা আছে তারা দূর্বল হওয়ার কারণে কিছু বলতে পারছে না। সেই ব্যক্তি তার অধীনস্থ কর্মচারীদের ঠিক মত বেতন দিচ্ছে না। বেতন এর সময় হলেই বিভিন্ন অজুহাত দেখায়। সে চিন্তা করে না যে তার কর্মচারীদের সংসার কি ভাবে চলবে?

কিছুদিন আগে দেখলাম একজন শিক্ষক তার ছাত্রদের থেকে প্রাইভেট পড়ানোর নাম করে প্রতি মাসে টাকা নিচ্ছে, অথচ তার ছাত্রদের জিজ্ঞেস করে জানতে পারলাম যে, ঐ শিক্ষক একদিনও প্রাইভেট পড়ায় না, অথচ প্রতি মাসে টাকা নেয়। ঐ ছাত্ররা আবাসিক হওয়ার কারণে কিছু বলতে পারে না, কিছু বললেই তাদেরকে বিভিন্ন ভাবে শাস্তি দেওয়া হয়।

এই রকম আরও অনেক ঘটনা আছে, যে গুলো আমরা সবাই জানি, এখানে ঘটনা বলা উদ্দেশ্য না বরং আমাদের সকলের সচেতন হওয়ার উদ্দেশ্য, আমরা সবাই যদি সচেতন হই এবং নিজের বিবেক দিয়ে সঠিক কাজ করতে পারি তাহলে এই পৃথিবী হবে সুন্দর। পৃথিবীতে শান্তি প্রতিষ্ঠিত হবে, সকল মানুষ শান্তিতে থাকতে পারবে।
