The hurt of words remains in the mind for a lifetime, which can never be erased even if one wishes.

People can be good through words and people can be bad through words. This is why we should talk to other people in such a way that no one gets hurt. The sweeter his words, the more friends he has. The more beautiful his words are, the less enemies he has. And on the other hand, the bitter his words, the fewer his friends, the more his enemies.

If a very bitter word is said beautifully, then that word is heard very well, and if a very beautiful word is said bitterly, that word is also heard very bitterly. There are many people in this world who are loved by all people just by their beautiful words. And many people have died and left the world, but because of his beautiful words, the people of the world still remember them and chant them.

And there are many people whose bitter words and hot temper the people of this world cannot see them, whatever they say in front of them, they abuse them when they go back. No one wants to listen to them, everyone wants to survive him. Again, when such a person leaves the world, many people are happy and think that they have been saved from a great danger.

I saw such an incident today, today a man died in our Sirajganj, some of his relatives live in our village, no one went to see him after his death, when I asked the reason for not going to them, they replied that he was not a good person, everyone Mistreated, we rejoiced in his death.

কথার আঘাত হাত এবং অস্ত্রের আঘাতের থেকেও মারাত্মক। হাত বা অস্ত্রের আঘাত শুধু শরীরে লাগে এবং সেটা অনেক সময় মুছে যায়, কিন্তু কথার আঘাত মানুষের অন্তরে গিয়ে লাগে, যে দাগ কখনও মুছে যায় না। কথার আঘাত মনের মধ্যে সারাজীবন লেগে থাকে, যেটা ইচ্ছা করলেও কখনও মুছে যায় না।

কথার দ্বারাই মানুষের কাছে ভাল হওয়া যায় আবার কথার দ্বারাই মানুষের কাছে মন্দ হতে হয়। এই জন্য আমাদের অন্য মানুষের সাথে এমন ভাবে কথা বলা উচিত যার দ্বারা কেউ কষ্ট না পায়। যার কথা যত মিষ্টি হয় তার বন্ধু তত বেশি হয়। যার কথা যত সুন্দর হয় তার শত্রু তত কম থাকে। আর পক্ষান্তরে যার কথা যত তিক্ত হয় তার বন্ধু তত কম হয়, তার শত্রুও তত বেশি হয়।

অনেক তিক্ত কথাও যদি সুন্দর করে বলা যায় তাহলে সেই কথাটা অনেক সুন্দর শোনা যায়, আবার অনেক সুন্দর কথাও যদি তিক্ত করা বলা হয় সেই কথাটাও অনেক তিক্ত শোনা যায়। এই পৃথিবীতে অনেক মানুষ আছে যারা শুধু তাদের সুন্দর কথার মাধ্যমে সকল মানুষের কাছে প্রিয় পাত্র হয়ে আছে। এবং অনেক মানুষ মৃত্যু বরণ করে দুনিয়াতে থেকে চলে গেছে, কিন্তু তার সুন্দর কথার কারণে দুনিয়ার মানুষ এখনও তাদের মনে রেখেছে এবং তাদের স্বরণ করে।

আবার এমন অনেক মানুষ আছে যাদের তিক্ত কথা এবং তাদের মেজাজ গরম হওয়ার কারণে এই দুনিয়ার মানুষ তাদের দেখতে পারে না, তাদের সামনে যাই বলুক পিছনে গেলে গালি দেয়। তাদের কথা কেউ শুনতে চায় না, সবাই তার থেকে বেঁচে থাকতে চায়। আবার এই ধরণের মানুষ দুনিয়া থেকে চলে গেলে অনেকেই খুশি হয় এবং মনে করে যে অনেক বড় বিপদ থেকে রক্ষা পেলাম।

আজকে সেই রকম একটা ঘটনা দেখলাম, আজকে আমাদের সিরাজগঞ্জে একজন মানুষ মারা গেছে, আমাদের গ্রামে তার কিছু আত্মীয় বসবাস করে, তার মৃত্যুতে কেউ তাকে দেখতে যায় নাই, তাদের কাছে না যাওয়ার কারণ জিজ্ঞেস করলে তারা উত্তর দেয় যে, সে ভাল মানুষ ছিল না, সবার সাথে খারাপ ব্যবহার করেছে, তার মৃত্যুতে আমরা খুশি হয়েছি।

এই জন্য আমাদের সকলের উচিত সব সময় মানুষের সাথে ভাল ব্যবহার করা এবং মানুষের সাথে সুন্দর ভাবে মিষ্টি ভাষায় কথা বলা। এর দ্বারা আমাদের মৃত্যুর পরেও মানুষ আমাদের স্বরণ করবে।
