এই দুনিয়াতে কত আশ্চর্য জনক ঘটনা যে আমাদের সামনে আসে তার কোন হিসাব নাই । কোন কোন ঘটনা আমাদেরকে আশ্চর্য করে আবার কোন কোন ঘটনা খুশির কারণ হয় যায় । এই আশ্চর্য ঘটনাগুলো কখনও মানুষের দ্বারা ঘটে আবার কোন প্রাণীর দ্বারাও ঘটে থাকে।
ইদানিং সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় এরকম একটা আশ্চর্য জনক ঘটনা আমরা সবাই দেখতেছি । ঘটনাটা ঘটেছে ভারতের মহারাষ্ট্রের বীড় জেলার মজলগাও গ্রাম এবং এই গ্রামের ১০ কিলোমিটার দুরে লাভুল গ্রামে । ঘটনা হচ্ছে একদল কুকুর এবং একদল বানরের মধ্যে দাঙ্গা।
বানরের বাঁদরামির কথা আমরা সবাই জানি । বানর একটা দুষ্ট প্রকৃতির প্রাণী । এই জন্য কোন মানুষ যদি দুষ্টামি করে আমরা তাকে বানর বলে থাকি । কিন্তু বানর যে প্রতিশোধ নিতে কত ভয়ঙ্কর সেটা এই ঘটনা দ্বারা বোঝা যায় ।
মজলগাও গ্রামের বাসিন্দারা জানান, গত একমাস আগে একদল কুকুর একটা বানরের বাচ্চাকে হত্যা করে ফেলে । বানরের বাচ্চাকে হত্যা করার পর থেকে এখন পর্যন্ত কুকুর এবং বানরের মধ্যে তুমুল দাঙ্গা লেগে আছে । পুরা এলাকা এখন বানর দলের দখলে । স্থানীয়রা আরো জানান, একদল বানর প্রতিশোধের নেশায় পাগল হয়ে গেছে । যেখানেই কুকুরছানা পাচ্ছে ধরে নিয়ে কোন উচু জায়গা থেকে ফেলে দিয়ে ফেলে দিয়ে হত্যা করছে ।
এলাকাবাসী আরো জানান গত একমাসে প্রায় ২৫০ কুকুরছানা হত্যা করেছে বানরের দল । বানর দলের দাপটে এলাকার মধ্যে এখন আতঙ্ক ছড়িয়ে পরেছে ।
মজলগাও গ্রামের থেকে প্রায় দশ কিলোমিটার দুরে অবস্থিত লাভুল গ্রাম। সেই গ্রামে প্রায় পাঁচ হাজার মানুষ বাস করে, এই লাভুল গ্রামেরও একই অবস্থা । এই গ্রামের মানুষজন বলেন, এই গ্রামে আর কোন কুকুরছানা বেঁচে নেই । ক্ষিপ্ত বানরের দল এই গ্রামেও প্রায় ২৫০ কুকুরছানা হত্যা করেছে ।
বানরের উপদ্রব থেকে বাঁচতে গ্রামবাসীরা বন অধিদপ্তরের শরণাপন্ন হয়েছিলেন । কিন্তু বন অধিদপ্তরের কর্মকর্তারা একটি বানরও ধরতে পারে নি । কিছু গ্রামবাসী বানরের বাত থেকে কুকুরছানাকে বাঁচানোর চেষ্টা করেছিল, কিন্তু বাঁচাতে পারে নাই । তাদের মধ্যে কয়েকজন আহত হয়ে ফিরে এসেছে ।
ক্ষিপ্ত বানরের দল এখন সুযোগ পেলেই গ্রামের ছোট শিশুদের উপর আক্রমণ করছে । আমরা আশা করি বন অধিদপ্তরের পক্ষ থেকে আরো কঠোর পদক্ষেপ নিবে । যাতে করে বানরের দল নিয়ন্ত্রণে আসে ।

There is no telling how many wonderful things have happened to us in this world. Some events surprise us and some events make us happy. These miraculous events are sometimes caused by humans and also by some animals.
We are all witnessing such an amazing phenomenon on social media these days. The incident took place at Majalgaon village in Bir district of Maharashtra, India, and at Lavul village, 10 km from this village. The incident is a riot between a group of dogs and a group of monkeys.
We all know about monkey monkeys. The monkey is an evil creature. For this reason, if a person is mischievous, we call him a monkey. But the fact that the monkeys are so terrible to take revenge is understood by this incident.
Residents of Majalgaon village said a group of dogs killed a baby monkey a month ago. Dogs and monkeys have been on a rampage since the baby was killed. The whole area is now occupied by a group of monkeys. Locals also said that a group of monkeys had gone mad with revenge. Wherever he finds a puppy, he grabs it, throws it from a high place and kills it.
Locals also said that a group of monkeys had killed about 250 puppies in the last one month. Panic has now spread in the area under the control of the monkey group.
Lavul village is located about ten kilometers away from Majalgaon village. About five thousand people live in that village, the same situation in this lovely village. The people of this village say that there are no puppies left in this village. Angry monkeys have also killed about 250 puppies in this village.
The villagers took refuge in the forest department to escape the monkey infestation. But Forest Department officials did not catch a single monkey. Some villagers tried to save the puppy from monkey arthritis, but could not. Some of them returned injured.
Angry monkeys are now attacking small children in the village whenever they get a chance. We hope the Forest Department will take more drastic action. So that the monkey team comes under control.
