Sometimes when we travel to a place we know, but it is too familiar for us, it does not matter much to us, because we have known the place we are traveling to for a long time, even though that place is very beautiful, we forget the beauty of that place because of our repeated visits, but when a stranger from another place comes to travel to that place, that place seems unforgettable to him.

Again, when we travel or visit that familiar place after a long time, we also like it a lot, and if our familiar place changes and we go to visit there after that place changes, then it seems surprising to us and that trip seems unforgettable, we then think that we saw this place one way before, but now it looks different, we are surprised to see the many changes in the place.

Since our house is near the Yamuna River, we bathe in the Yamuna River most of the time. We have been bathing in the Yamuna River since childhood and go for a walk on the river bank in the afternoon. It has been a long time since I went to the river bank due to my job and my busy schedule. After a long time, this year I went for a walk on the river bank on Eid. While walking on the river bank, I was quite surprised. The view of the Yamuna River has completely changed.

I already knew that work was going on to protect the houses of the people of the area from the erosion of the Yamuna River next to our house, but I have never gone to the river bank and seen the work of protecting the river. But that day, I was surprised when I walked on the banks of the Yamuna River with my children, because the work of protecting the river has progressed a lot. The appearance of the Yamuna River has changed. When I went to the river bank, I felt like I had come to visit a different place.

Many people in our area have their houses destroyed by the Yamuna River. Those whose houses were destroyed by the Yamuna River are living in other places and building houses. Our house was also destroyed by the Yamuna River once. We have come to other places and are living in houses. Anyone whose house is destroyed by the river understands how much more difficult it is to destroy a house. Even if we want to, we cannot live there after destroying a house in the river.

Currently, a dam is being built along the river bank in front of our house to prevent the river from being destroyed. This morning, when this dam is built, people on the river bank will be protected from river erosion. To protect the river, first the river bank was leveled with bags and then blocks were placed on it. Because the entire river works in this way, a different scene has been created there. Many people come here from far and wide to see this wonderful scene on the banks of our river.

Although I regularly go to the riverbank, this time after a long time, it was great to see the change in the appearance of the river. This trip seemed unforgettable to me. These blocks will be placed far into the middle of the river, so that river erosion can be prevented and the people on the riverbanks can be protected.
