Freshers in sereyBanglaesh discord server.

Nowadays we are facing new members now in our discord server, most of them are so new in blockchain, they didn’t even know about it. As they are new so we have to guide them and teach them now. They are joining person by person and it is so painful that we have to tell the same answer person by person. And the KYC system is changed now, if any member wants to get the master key he have to contact us in discord. After he joining our discord server we tell them the rules of serey.io 3 times, i think 1 time is not enough for the fresher’s. When we tell them about the rules we ask them if they have any question through voice. After all of it when they agreed all of it then we collect his username and give it to the main team.

আজকাল আমরা আমাদের ডিসকর্ড সার্ভারে নতুন সদস্যদের মুখোমুখি হচ্ছি, তাদের অধিকাংশই ব্লকচেইনে নতুন, তারা এটি সম্পর্কে কিছুই জানেনা। যেহেতু তারা নতুন তাই আমাদের তাদেরকে গাইড করতে হবে এবং এখন তাদের শেখাতে হবে। তারা একে একে যোগদান করছে এবং এটি এতই বেদনাদায়ক যে আমাদের একই উত্তর প্রত্যেককে আলাদাভাবে বলতে হবে। এবং KYC সিস্টেমটি এখন পরিবর্তন করা হয়েছে, যদি কোন সদস্য মাস্টার কী পেতে চান তবে তাকে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে। তিনি আমাদের ডিসকর্ড সার্ভারে যোগদানের পর আমরা তাদের 3 বার serey.io এর নিয়ম বলি, আমি মনে করি ফ্রেশারদের জন্য 1 বার বলা যথেষ্ট নয়। যখন আমরা তাদের নিয়ম সম্পর্কে বলি তখন আমরা তাদের জিজ্ঞেস করি যে তাদের কোন প্রশ্ন আছে কিনা ভয়েস কলিং এর মাধ্যমে । সবকিছুর পরে যখন তারা সব কিছুতে সম্মত হয় তখন আমরা তার ইউজারনেম সংগ্রহ করি এবং মূল দলকে দেই।

From today we will do all that for one time. We will fix a time and tell everyone to join, them we tell them all the rules and collect their username. Some users are doing good now in Bangladesh portal, hope all the users do well. But not everyone will remain, some fruits have to fall down. No problem we will walk with them who will walk with us.

আজ থেকে আমরা সেই সব একবারের জন্য করব। আমরা একটি সময় ঠিক করব এবং সবাইকে যোগ দিতে বলব, আমরা তাদের সমস্ত নিয়ম বলব এবং তাদের ইউজারনেম সংগ্রহ করব। কিছু ব্যবহারকারী এখন বাংলাদেশ পোর্টালে ভালো করছে, আশা করি সব ব্যবহারকারী ভালো করবেন। কিন্তু সবাই থাকবে না, কিছু ঝোরে পড়বেই। কোন সমস্যা নেই আমরা তাদের সাথে হাঁটব যারা আমাদের সাথে হাঁটবে।

The new kyc system is best for us now, no one can blame for this. You will not believe that some people personally message me that we are doing bad things with the users id card, they don't know about serey, don't know that serey team delete id card after verifing the user. নতুন KYC সিস্টেম এখন আমাদের জন্য সেরা, কেউ এর জন্য আমাদের দায়ী করতে পারে না। আপনি বিশ্বাস করবেন না যে কিছু লোক আমাকে ব্যক্তিগতভাবে বার্তা পাঠায় যে আমরা ব্যবহারকারীদের আইডি কার্ড দিয়ে খারাপ কাজ করছি, তারা সেরি সম্পর্কে জানে না, জানে না যে সেরি টিম ব্যবহারকারীকে যাচাই করার পরে আইডি কার্ড ডিলিট করে দেয়। কিন্তু এখন শুধু নাম, ছবি এবং দেশ দেখা গেলেই হবে । আমার হৃদয় থেকে serey.io টিমকে ধন্যবাদ। আপনাদের সকলের জন্য শুভ কামনা রইলো ।
