Discuss the Pressing method.

The prepared mixture is placed in a mold preserved at the wheel head. The process of producing the product under the pressure of the profile in the mixture kept in the mold is called jigging.

The prepared soil is placed in the mold. Now the machine is started by placing the mond on the wheel head.

The mold preserved at the wheel head will continue to rotate. In this case pressure is applied. Excess mixing mold

The body will come out and the excess soil will be cut with a hex blade. The mold is then removed and dried in a dryer.



Pressing process:

The method by which pressure is applied to the mixture prepared with adhesive-free raw materials and other raw materials

This is called dry press method. The pressing method is used for forming products (Friction press). This press machine has two parts. One is the Upper Planer and the other is the Lower Plaza. The iron plunger is lowered with the handle. Now apply oil or other lubricant on the mold. Then I fill the mold with the prepared soil. Now I drive the upper plunger with the help of machine and apply pressure on the soil preserved in the mold. Excess soil will rise above the side of the upper plunger. The upper plunger is lifted by the handle. The brick will rise to the top. Now the bricks are released from the mold by applying pressure to the side. The bricks were collected and dried.




প্রস্তত মিশ্রনকে হুইল হেডে রক্ষিত মোল্ডে স্থাপন করা হল। এর পর মোল্ডে রক্ষিত মিশ্রনে প্রফাইলের চাপে দব্য উৎপাদন করার পদ্ধতিকে জিগারিং বলে।

প্রস্তুত মাটিকে মোল্ডে স্থাপন করা হল। এখন মোন্ডকে হুইল হেডে স্থাপন করে মেশিন চালনা করা হল।

হুইল হেডে রক্ষিত মোল্ড ঘুরতে থাকবে। এ অবস্থায় চাপ প্রয়োগ করা হল। অতিরিক্ত মিশ্রন মোল্ডের

গা গেঁষে বের হয়ে আসবে এবং অতিরিক্ত মাটিকে হেক্সে ব্লেড দিয়ে কর্তন করা হল। এর পর মোল্ড উঠিয়ে ড্রায়ারে শুষ্ক করা হল।



প্রেসিং পদ্ধতি (Pressing process):

যে পদ্ধতির সাহায্যে আঠালতা বিহীন কাঁচামাল ও অন্যান্য কাঁচামালের সাহায্যে প্রস্তুত মিশ্রনে চাপ

প্রযোগ করে দ্রব্য উৎপাদন করা হয়, তাকে ড্রাই প্রেস পদ্ধতি বলে। প্রেসিং পদ্ধতিতে দ্রব্য গঠনের জন্য (Friction press) ব্যবহার করা হয়। এ প্রেস মেশিনের দু'টি অংশ থাকে। একটি হল আপার প্লাঞ্জার এবং অন্যটি হল লোয়ার প্লাজার। লোহার প্লাঞ্জারকে হেঁডেলের সাহায্যে নিম্নমুখী করা হল। এখন ছাচে তৈল বা অন্য লুব্রিকেন্ট প্রয়োগ করি। এরপর প্রস্তুত মাটি দিয়ে ছাচ পূর্ন করি। এখন আপার প্লাঞ্জারকে মেশিনের সাহায্যে চালনা করে ছাচে রক্ষিত মাটিতে চাপ প্রয়োগ করি। অতিরিক্ত মাটি আপার প্লঞ্জারের পাশ দিয়ে উপরে উঠে আসবে। আপার প্লঞ্জারকে হ্যান্ডেলের সাহায্যে উপরে উঠানো হল। এতে ইট উপরে উঠে আসবে। এখন ইটকে ছাচ হতে পাশে চাপ প্রয়োগ করে ছাড়ানো হল। ইট সংগ্রহ করে শুস্ক করা হল।
