হাই সেরী বন্ধুরা ! তোমরা সবাই কেমন আছো। আশা করি আল্লাহর রহমতে তোমরা সবাই ভালো আছো। আমিও আল্লাহর অশেষ কৃপায় এবং তোমাদের দুয়ার বরকতে  আলহামদুলিল্লাহ ভালো আছি।  আজকে তোমাদের সামনে নতুন একটি টপিকের ৩য় পর্ব  নিয়ে আলোচনা করবো।  আশা করি তোমরা সবাই মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়বে এবং তা উপভোগ করবে।

আজকে বায়োকেমিকে ওষধের জিহ্বার রং এবং স্বাদ নিযে ৩য় পর্ব আলোচনা করবো। সেইসাথে কোন কোন ওষধ ব্যবহার করতে হবে তাও জানিয়ে দিবো। চলো বন্ধুরা আলোচনায় যাওয়া যাক।

১৪. আপনার কাছে রোগী আসলো এবং তার জিহ্বা পর্যবেক্ষন করে দেখলেন যে তার জিহ্বা সাদা লেপদ্বারা আবৃত হয়ে আছে তবে তাকে ক্যালিু মিউর, ক্যাল্ক ফস দিতে ভুল করবেন না।

১৫. আপনার কাছে রোগী আসার পর তার জিহ্বা পর্যবেক্ষন করে দেখলেন যে তার জিহ্বার দুই ধার হলুদ লেপ দ্বারা আবৃত হয়ে আছে তবে তাকে ন্যাট্রাস ফস ব্যবস্থা করবেন।

১৬. আপনার কাছে রোগী আসার পর তার জিহ্বা পর্যবেক্ষন করে দেখলেন যে তার জিহ্বা দুই ধার সাদা লেপ দ্বারা আবৃত হয়ে আছে তবে তাকে অবশ্যই নেট্রাম ফস ব্যবস্থা করবেন।

১৭. যদি আপনার কাছে রোগী আসার পর বলে যে তার মুখের স্বাদ তামাটে হয়ে আছে তবে তাকে অবশ্যই নেট্রাম ফস ব্যবস্থা করবেন।

১৮. আপনার কাছে রোগী আসার পর তার জিহ্বা পর্যবেক্ষন করে দেখলেন যে তার জিহ্বা লালবর্ণ ও প্রদাহ হয়ে আছে তবে তাকে ফেরাম ফস সেবন করতে দিবেন।

১৯. আপনার কাছে রোগী আসার পর বল্ল তার জিহ্বা ফেনাযুক্ত হয়ে থাকে তবে তাকে অবশ্যই নেট্রাম  মিউর ব্যবস্থা করবেন।

২০. আপনার কাছে রোগী আসার পর রোগী বলবে তার জিহ্বার ডগায় যেন চুল আটাকে আছে তবে তাকে অবশ্যই নেট্রাম ফস ব্যবস্থা করবেন।

২১. আপনার কাছে রোগী আসার পর তার জিহ্বা পর্যবেক্ষন করে দেখলেন যে জিহ্বার উপর হলুদ লেপ আছে তবে তাকে অবশ্যই নেট্রাম ফস, ক্যালি সাল্ফ ব্যবস্থা করবেন।
