Gopalpur Ecopark and Pakhi Palli are two nature conservation areas or species conservation centers, which are monitored from Nachol Upazila in Chapainawabganj District, Bangladesh. Gopalpur Ecopark is situated along a creek, on the banks of the Mahananda River. It may be suspected of being a human occupation, but it plays an important role in preserving natural beauty and bird resources.
Gopalpur Ecopark is an important motherland that creates and preserves order for various living species. These elements are found here like gardens, dense forests, rivers, food crops, large sources of water etc. Shrubs are found in bird meadow species, which are very important for nesting bird species.
Various species of birds can be seen in Gopalpur Ecopark like Halia, Bural, Kamalini, Karnik Swantata, Neelkolmi, Mulmanikya, Srimukhi, Shimlik, Karil, Ghorabuk, Batasaj, Myna, Dhinsali Singhai and many other species. The number of these bird species has increased here and many species inhabit the region.
In Gopalpur Ecopark the life, habitat, breeding, food, drink of birds are commonly infected and find ideal habitats in the environment of different regions. This natural area is immense for bird species, they can stay here unchanged and in their breeding
Generally, Gopalpur Ecopark provides ideal habitat for bird species. Birds are very happy because of the presence of various natural elements including plants. Forage is particularly important for them, as there are a large number of crops for animals to provide additional forage. The low-lying wetlands of the region are very important for breeding and rearing birds. গোপালপুর ইকোপার্ক এবং পাখি পল্লি দুটি প্রাকৃতিক সংরক্ষণ অঞ্চল বা প্রজাতির সংরক্ষণ কেন্দ্র, যা বাংলাদেশের চাঁপাইনবাবগঞ্জ জেলার নাচোল উপজেলা হতে পর্যবেক্ষণ করে। গোপালপুর ইকোপার্ক একটি খাড়ির পাশে অবস্থিত হয়, এটি মহানন্দা নদীর তীরে অবস্থিত। এটি মানুষের কর্মক্ষেত্র হওয়া নিয়ে সংশয় হতে পারে, তবে প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্য এবং পাখির সম্পদ সংরক্ষণে এটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করে।
