আমাদের বাংলাদেশের প্রতিনিয়ত বেকার সমস্যা বেড়েই যাচ্ছে। এই বেকার সমস্যা আজকের না এই বেকার সমস্যাটা অনেকদিন থেকে চলে আসছে। যদি এই বেকার সমস্যার সমাধান করা না যায়, তাহলে ভবিষ্যতে বাংলাদেশেকে অনেক সমস্যায় পরতে হবে। এবং প্রতিনিয়ত বিশ্বের দরবারে হেয় প্রতিপন্ন হতেই থাকবে বাংলাদেশ। বেকার সমস্যার সমাধানের নিম্নে কিছু আলোকপাত করব।

কারিগরি কাজের শিক্ষা দেয়াঃ-বেকার সমস্যার সমাধানের উপর নজর দেওয়ার জন্য আপনারা যে জিনিস টার উপর গুরুত্ব দিবেন তা হলো কারিগরি কাজের শিক্ষা দেয়া। যদি কারিগরি কাজের শিক্ষা দেয়া যায় তাহলে বেকার সমস্যা  অনেকটা দূর হয়ে যাবে। বাংলাদেশের মানুষ প্রতিনিয়ত বেকার সমস্যায় ভুগতেছে, এই বেকার সমস্যা সমাধান না হওয়ার কারণে বিভিন্ন মানুষ বিভিন্ন কাজে লিপ্ত হয়ে যাচ্ছে। এবং সমাজকে ধ্বংস করা হচ্ছে।

মানসম্মত শিক্ষা গ্রহণ করতে হবেঃ-বেকার সমস্যা সমাধান করার জন্য আপনাকে যে জিনিসটার উপর গুরুত্ব দিতে হবে, তাহলো মানসম্মত শিক্ষা গ্রহণ করতে হবে। আপনারা যদি মানসম্মত শিক্ষা গ্রহণ করতে না পারেন তাহলে কিন্তু বেকার সমস্যার সমাধান করতে পারবেন না। তাই আপনাদের উচিত হবে সঠিকভাবে সঠিক নিয়মে মানসম্মত শিক্ষা গ্রহণ করা।

বাস্তব কাজের অভিজ্ঞতাঃ- বেকার সমস্যার সমাধান করার আর একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ যে বিষয়টা সেটা হল বাস্তব কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা। আপনারা যদি বাস্তব কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা অর্জন করতে পারেন, তাহলে কোন দিনও আপনারা বেকার সমস্যায় পড়বেন না। এবং মানুষের কাছে হেয় পতি হবেন না। নিজেরাই নিজের পায়ে দাঁড়াতে পারবেন ইনশাআল্লাহ।

পরিশ্রমী হওয়াঃ- বেকার সমস্যা সমাধানের জন্য আরেক টি যে বিষয়টা গুরুত্ব দিতে হবে, তাহলো পরিশ্রমী হতে হবে, আপনার যদি পরিশ্রমী না হন, তাহলে কিন্তু বেকার সমস্যার সমাধান হবে না। এবং মানুষের কাছে আপনারা সব সময় ছোট হয়ে থাকবেন। তাই আপনাদের উচিত হবে পরিশ্রম করা। পরিশ্রম কিন্তু মানুষ কে সফলতার দিকে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যায়।

সময়কে গুরুত্ব দেয়াঃ- বেকার সমস্যার সমাধানের জন্য আরেক টি যে বিষয়টা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তা হল সময় কে গুরুত্ব দেওয়া। যদি আপনারা সমায়কে ভাল ভাবে গুরুত্ব দিয়ে এগিয়ে যেতে পারেন তাহলে আপনারা সফলতা দিকে এগিয়ে যেতে পারবে অনেক খানি। একটা কথা আছে সময়ের এক ফোঁড় অসময়ের দশ ফোঁড়, তাই এই বিষয়টা সবার মাথায় যদি থাকে তাহলে আমার বিশ্বাস এখান থেকে বেকার সমস্যা সমাধান হয়ে যাবে। 

বেকার সমস্যা সমাধানের জন্য উপরোক্ত আলোচনা গুলো যদি আপনারা ভালোভাবে আয়ত্ব করে মেনে চলতে পারেন। তাহলে আপনারা আর বেকার সমস্যায় পড়বেন না ইনশাআল্লাহ।

And society is being destroyed.

You need to get quality education:- The only thing you need to focus on to solve the problem of unemployment is to get quality education. If you can't get quality education but you can't solve the problem of unemployment. So you should get quality education in the right way.

Real work experience: - Another important thing to solve the problem of unemployment is the real work experience. If you can gain real work experience, you will never have the problem of unemployment. And do not despise people. InshaAllah you will be able to stand on your own feet.

Being hardworking: - Another important thing to solve the problem of unemployment is to be hardworking, if you are not hardworking, but the problem of unemployment will not be solved. And to people you will always be small. So you have to work hard. Hard work, however, leads people to success.

Giving importance to time: - Another important thing to solve the problem of unemployment is to give importance to time. If you can move forward with the importance of time in a good way, then you will be able to move forward towards success much faster. There is a saying that one stroke of time is ten strokes of untimely, so if this issue is in everyone's mind then I believe the problem of unemployment will be solved from here.
