Here is my brief introduction.
My name is Md. Abdul Aziz Sarkar Chand, my father's name is Gaosul Haque, my father passed away twenty five years ago today. My mother's name is Aleya Begum. She is a housewife. My home is in Fulbari Sadar upazila of Kurigram district of Rangpur division.
I started my education from Kabir Mamud Government Primary School, after passing from there I was admitted to Phulbari High School. After passing S, S, C, I completed Civil Engineering from Kurigram Vision Polytechnic Institute. Then I completed B.Sc in Civil Engineering from Dhaka International University.
After graduation I started a job in a private company, my job location is Satkhira, I work under the army, my responsibility here is the project engineer I have about 25 employees under them, they help me in all kinds of things, I also help them in any way. . If they don't understand any work, they don't come to me and explain it to me, I also explain it to them. They love me a lot and I also love them a lot.
They tell me, sir, we don't see engineers like you anymore, because a lot of engineers used to come here before, but they didn't treat you like they used to treat us very badly, but you don't treat us the way you treat us. You love us like your own brothers and relatives. I could not hold back the tears when I saw their love. I am fascinated by their love.
Anyway, I was very happy to hear this from them, in fact, it is a matter of luck to get this love from the employees. That is why I consider myself very lucky. So I will tell you, let us all work together in unison.

আসসালামু আলাইকুম আপনারা সবাই কেমন আছেন, নিশ্চয়ই আপনারা আল্লাহ রহমতে ভালো আছেন আমিও আল্লাহর রহমতে ভালো আছি।আলহামদুলিল্লাহ শুকরিয়া আদায় করছি সেই মহান রাব্বুল আলামীনের দরবারে যে মহান রাব্বুল আলামিন আমাকে এত সুন্দর একটা জায়গায় কাজ করার তাওফিক প্রদান করলেন।এজন্য আমি আন্তরিক ভাবে মোবারকবাদ জানাচ্ছি আমার টিম ও এডমিন বৃন্দকে যারা আজকে আমাকে এখানে কাজ করার সুযোগ করে দিয়েছেন।
এখানে কাজ করতে পারাই আমাকে অনেক ভালো লাগতেছে এই জন্য আমি সবাইকে ধন্যবাদ জানাচ্ছি।
আমি আমার সংক্ষিপ্ত পরিচয় এখানে তুলে ধরছি।
আমার নাম মোঃ আব্দুল আজিজ সরকার চাঁদ, আমার বাবার নাম গাওসুল হক,আমার বাবা আজ থেকে পঁচিশ বছর আগে পরলোকগমন করেছেন। আমার মায়ের নাম আলেয়া বেগম তিনি এক জন গৃহিণী,আমার বাসা রংপুর বিভাগের কুড়িগ্রাম জেলার ফুলবাড়ী সদর উপজেলায়।
আমি কবির মামুদ সরকারি প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয় থেকে লেখাপড়া শুরু করি, সেখান থেকে পাশ করার পর আমি ফুলবাড়ী হাই স্কুলে ভর্তি হই সেখান থেকে এস, এস, সি পাশ করার পর আমি কুড়িগ্রাম ভিশন পলিটেকনিক ইনস্টিটিউট থেকে সিভিল ইন্জিনিয়ারিং কমপ্লিট করি। তারপর আমি ঢাকা ইন্টারন্যাশনাল ইউনিভার্সিটি থেকে বি,এস,সি ইন সিভিল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং কমপ্লিট করি।
পড়াশোনা শেষ করে আমি একটা প্রাইভেট কোম্পানিতে জব শুরু করি,আমার জব লোকেশন সাতক্ষীরা, আমি সেনাবাহিনীর অধীনে জব করি, আমার এখানে দায়িত্ব হলো প্রজেক্ট ইঞ্জিনিয়ার আমার অধীনে প্রায় ২৫ জন কর্মচারী আছে, তারা আমাকে সকল প্রকার সহযোগিতা করে থাকে আমিও তাদেরকে যেকোনো বিষয়ে সহযোগিতা করে থাকি। ওরা কোন কাজ বুঝতে না পারলে আমার কাছে এসে বুঝিয়ে নেই, আমিও তাদেরকে ঐ সব বিষয়ে বুঝিয়ে দেই।তারা আমাকে অনেক ভালোবাসে আমিও ওদেরকে অনেক ভালোবাসি।
ওরা আমাকে বলে স্যার আপনার মত ইঞ্জিনিয়ার আর আমরা দেখি নাই,কারন এর আগেও অনেক ইঞ্জিনিয়ার এখানে আসছিল, কিন্তু ওদের আচরণ আপনার মত ছিল না, ওরা সব সময় আমাদের সাথে অনেক খারাপ আচরণ করতো, কিন্তু আপনি আমাদের সাথে যেরকম আচরণ করেন না। আপনি আমাদেরকে নিজের ভাইয়ের মত নিজের আত্মীয় স্বজনদের মতো ভালোবাসেন। ওদের এই ভালোবাসা দেখে আমার চোখে আর পানি আটকাতে পারি নাই। ওদের ভালোবাসায় আমি মুগ্ধ হয়ে গেছি।
যাই হোক ওদের এই কথা শুনে আমাকে অনেক ভাল লাগছিল, আসলে কর্মচারীদের কাছ থেকে এই ভালোবাসা পাওয়া অনেক ভাগ্যের ব্যাপার।একারণে আমি নিজেকে অনেক ভাগ্যবান মনে করি। তাই আমি আপনাদের বলবো, আপনার আসুন সবাই আমরা মিলেমিশে এক সাথে কাদে কাদ মিলিয়ে কাজ করি।
