my work today/আমার আজকের কাজ.

Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu How are you all.

I woke up at 5:30 in the morning and got fresh It's six o'clock to get ready for work, six o'clock is my job I reached the place at five minutes past six.I put a pan on the stove and left the water to heat The pot and the water are getting hot and I washed the rice.When the water was hot, I poured the rice into the pan After pouring salt in the water, after five minutes, I moved the chaoli around inside the pan Then I showed it to Charul two or three times in the morning for five minutes The rice is done then we take it down from the pan.The rice was done and then I sat on another plate on the stove for halwa When the halwa pan is hot then I pour oil in the halwa pan and heat the oil from side to side.I poured sugar over the oil and then strained the semolina well and poured the patila Poured the raisins and then mixed it for a while after 10 minutes of miss your halwa was done.

I pray to Allah that everyone is healthy and their families are also healthy I finished by saying this, Allah Hafez.

বিসমিল্লাহির রাহমানির রাহিম আসসালামু আলাইকুম ওয়া রাহমাতুল্লাহি ওয়া বারাকাতুহু সবাই কেমন আছেন 

সকাল সাড়ে পাঁচটা বাজে ঘুম থেকে উঠে ফ্রেশ হয়ে নিলাম কাজের জন্য তৈরি হতে ছয়টা বেজে গেল ছয়টা বাজে আমার কাজ জায়গায় যেয়ে পৌঁছলাম ছয়টা পাঁচ মিনিটে.চুলার উপরে একটা পাতিলা বসাইয়া পানি ছেড়ে দিলাম গরম হওয়ার জন্য পাতিল আর পানিটা গরম হয়ে এদিকে হইতেছে আর আমি এদিকে চাউলটা ধুয়ে নিলাম.পানি গরম হয়ে গেলে পাতিলের মধ্যে চাউল ঢেলে দিলাম পানিতে লবন ঢেলে দিয়ে তারপরে যায় পাঁচ মিনিট পর এটা চাওলি এদিক সেদিক করলাম পাতিলার ভিতরে তারপর আবার দু-তিনবার সকাল পাঁচ মিনিট পরপর চারুলকে দেখিয়ে দিলে দিলাম ভাত হয়ে গেছে তারপর আমরা পাতিলে থেকে নামিয়ে নিয়েছি.ভাত হয়ে গেছে তারপর আর একটা পাতিলে বসলাম হালুয়ার জন্য চুলার উপরে হালুয়ার পাতিলা গরম হয়ে গেলে তারপরে তেল ঢেলে দিলাম হালুয়ার পাতিল এর মধ্যে এদিক সেদিক করে তেল গরম করে.তেলের উপরে চিনি ঢেলে দিয়ে তারপরে সুজি গুলো ভালো করে ছেঁকে নিয়ে পাতিলা ঢেলে দিলাম কিসমিস ঢেলে দিয়ে তারপর কিছুক্ষণ মিক্স করলাম মিস করার পরে 10 মিনিট পর আপনার হালুয়া হয়ে গেল.

আমি আল্লাহতালার কাছে দোয়া করি সবাই যেন সুস্থ থাকে তাদের ফ্যামিলিও যেন সুস্থ থাকে এটাই দোয়া করি আল্লাহর কাছে এইটুকু বলে শেষ করলাম আল্লাহ হাফেজ.
