Chicken claw cake

Chicken claw cake which is a snack made from sweet potatoes. The color is brownish red because it comes from brown sugar that is chewy until it melts.

Chicken claw is also a cake that comes from sweet potatoes that are grated or cut into small pieces which are then fried dry. Then given brown sugar that has been heated so that it melts and easily sticks to the sweet potato fries and then fried.

  The taste is indeed sweet, but the sweetness is legit because it comes from brown sugar which doesn't make you bored at all, even addicting, let alone delicious as sweet as regular sugar.

The crispy stage of the manufacturing process combined with the sweet taste makes this snack very suitable to be eaten on an empty stomach. Friends in wherein there may be someone who has eaten this cake.
