The way Indubala cooked shrimp yellow cheek broth and manakchubata

Indubala rice hostel has created a response in both Bengals.' Naksha' requested Sharmila Basu Thakur, owner of Kolkata's Food Forista channel, to prepare some of the fashions for this novel. Responding to our request, he'd a converse with pen Kallol Lahiri one day. In the story, he learned the information and fashions behind the dishes mentioned in the book. Sharmila Basu Tagore cooked some special fashions of Indubala for the compendiums .

constituents Small prawns 500 grams, turmeric greasepaint 1 tablespoon, swab to taste, mustard oil painting 4 soupspoons, kalijira half tablespoon, green chillies 5- 6, water as needed.

Method Wash and clean the prawns. Add swab and turmeric. Add oil painting to the visage. When hot add kalijira, two green chillies. Add fish when ambrosial. Add water with little shifting. Cover with swab. Prawns come tough if cooked too long. So when it becomes soft, take it down with raw chili. The broth will be veritably thin.

constituents Manakchu 200 grams, mustard oil painting 4- 5 soupspoons, half of a coconut, mustard seeds 2 soupspoons, green chillies 5- 6, swab to taste, sugar half a tablespoon.

system Cut the cucumber into small pieces. Whisk together all the constituents except the oil painting. You can also blend it in a blender. But the taste will be further if it's boiled in pata. Mix raw oil painting and serve with hot rice.
