Hello dear friends! how are you all I hope you are doing well by God's grace. Alhamdulillah I am very well and healthy by the grace of God. Starting my daily activities today.

I woke up early in the morning like every day. I got up in the morning and performed the Fajr prayer at home, then collected some photographs of the sunrise. Today I stood on the bank of Yamuna river and took the photographs.

Later, when the clock struck seven in the morning, one of my younger brothers called and said, brother, come to Golapbazar. Because we were advised yesterday that we will celebrate Eslahi Mahfil today, and buy beef in the morning. So I went to the market early in the morning. I bought two kg of beef with my younger brother. The price of 2 kg of beef was Rs. 1100. I bought the meat and put it in the fridge and came home.

I came home and had a light breakfast. Today's light breakfast was boiled eggs from local chicken. Native chicken eggs have many vitamins, duck eggs also have a lot of vitamins, but because of the coming of winter, many people have cold problems, so it is not right for them to eat laughing eggs.

Desi asked to have food after having boiled eggs, but didn't feel like having food so had some "chhatu" for breakfast. Two days ago they made chhatu for me, they made chhatu with rice flour, coconut and jaggery.

After that I sat with the phone for some time and entered the community and read some posts and commented accordingly. Then I did some homework. At twelve o'clock the younger brother called again, said that no work has been done yet, what to do? I said you stay, I'm going to take a bath and eat and prepare for prayer. Little brother said ok come.

After offering Zuhr prayer we all consulted together, and took some wood from our house, because we have a lot of wood in our house, so I said no need to buy wood, I will give whatever is needed. After that, two of us took two loads of wood together.

After that, I bought raw bazaars and told the youth of the area to take the responsibility of preparing the raw bazaars. After that everyone started working together. Some chopped onions, some chopped chillies and some crushed garlic with hama dista.

While doing small tasks, he gave the call for Asr, after offering the Asr prayer, we started digging the earth to make a clay oven. We made a beautiful hearth.

Then we put water in the pot, and everything was given in quantity. I took this opportunity to take a photo

We both mixed it with rice and dal and washed it nicely. I washed it and poured it into the big red bucket. I still collected a photo.

Then Maghrib Azan was done and we all went to the mosque to pray, but the one who was cooking remained alone. After finishing the prayer, two of our younger brothers came to the cook, and allowed the cook to pray.

After the prayer, he told us, bring the leaves that are given for scent while cooking Polao, then we sent a child to bring those scent leaves. The boy brought it but the leaves didn't have much scent, so we were in awe of whether this is the leaf. After confirming and verifying those pages, we gave them to Khichuri Patil.

After Maghrib until Isha prayer, Eslahi was recited. After Isha prayer, food service was organized. All the invited guests were well fed, then we all had roasted khichuri as dinner. Alhamdulillah today's khichuri was very interesting.
