Hello dear friends! how are you all Hope you all are doing well by God's grace. Alhamdulillah I am very well and healthy by the grace of God.

I will share an important topic with you today, my topic today is how to juice papule leaves and what are its benefits? I hope you will understand my post if you read it.

How to juice papule leaves?

First you pluck some leaves from the papule plant and place it in a bowl. You can take seven to eight leaves, keep the leaves in a bowl and wash them well with water. Make sure that there is no dirt on the leaves. After washing well take half a liter of water in a bowl / or take as much water as you can drink. Then put the leaves in the bowl. And keep crushing those leaves with your clean hands.

After a while, you will see the white liquid water slowly turning color and gradually the water becomes dark. After that, when you see that the entire juice has come out of the leaves, then chip the leaves well and discard them. Then you will notice that white foam has accumulated on the water, clean those foams from above. You will then notice that there are many leaves left in the bowl in pieces. You can't clean them by hand even if you want to. Because the water has become very dark and very slippery.
